I am a small business owner who uses computers all day long. I can not be without them for any length of time. I contacted the technicians at Guraaid and it was not very long before I was back up and running. It was timely and professional.
I spent $240 Australian dollars( $170US$) for a years subscription for Guru Aid technical support. My computer had a virus so I tried to contact them (Guru Aid) and they seem to have disappeared Guru Aids phone number 1800-156-016 keeps giving me the engaged signal. Tech Sachin Gawali... has performed a task that could not possbly undertake. The thought of problem as a keyboard replacing situation was corrected w/o a new purchase. The time spent and files removed made access back to my computer a dream.

Your technicians excel in their customer service. They have been on the phone since 8:30amest today and have been cleaning up my laptop. They did an excellent job. Your company sets an example for other companies that need improvement in their customer service.
We were not impressed, we felt that the 'Senior' technician tried to frighten us in to buying their services, and after giving us some unnecessary and complicated information tried to convince us that we needed over £500 pounds of work, to be done remotely. We took his number and put down the phone at that point. We shut down the computer and the next morning when we tried again the problem had been resolved, presumably by the server. Our own virus protection told us that we had NOT been invaded by spyware as we had been told. A lot of worry for us and anxiety caused by what amounted to a scam.
I have used GURUAID for over two years, and have found that they strive and do their best to resolve any computer issues you may have... And they have. I do recommend them for anyone seeking online assistance for any issues or problems they may have.
Once again after calling on Guru Aid their techs were able to rectify my problem within 25 minutes completely. I had needed to convert my xlr files to be readable in their normal format. That was done and i am able to move forward with some important work THANKS GURU AID.
