They go above and beyond to work with you, they are very pleasant yet very professional, I would recommend them to anyone. I value their service. Sajid shaikh was so helpful and very good at fixing my problems on my computer.

I have received friendly and helpful service from the Guruaid Techs and this means a lot to me as I have only minimal understanding of how my computer works. But, I want it to work when I use it and do not like to fight with problems. I depend on the techs to do this for me, and they do a patient and helpful job. I am grateful to Guruaid. I had an excellent experience with GuruAid. It was pretty quick and absolutely painless. I would highly recommend. I've been extremely happy with every technician I've dealt with. Today it was Rajesh K. And he was great! I would highly recommend.

I called and said I wanted Avast fixed. The technician told me that the reason that Avast would not install was that I needed a computer clean up that cost $100. I realized then that this was a scam and hung up. During the session with the technician I found an email from registration email from Avast. After the session I just went to the registration email from Avast and clicked on the connect link and Avast works perfectly. GuruAid is just a scam to get you to pay $100 for a computer clean up. The technician didn't have any idea how to get Avast running. He was just a salesperson for this computer clean up that had nothing to do with the problem I was having.

Tushar was excellent. I was very concerned about the end results and he kept reassuring me that all would be fine. He worked and kept me updated. I felt reassured that he would get the matter/issue with my computer resolved and he kept at it until he did remove all threats and cleaned up my computer. Now it is running like new. I phoned these people like i have always done, but the 1st one just hung up on me, so i rang again and spoke to another person and asked him to speak to his supervisor and i explained my reason for wanting to speak to him and he hung up as well, if this happens again i will report them to trading standards and consummers rights law, thank you john heaney.

Called them for what I thought was the Webroot support number. The "support tech" said he needed to sign on my computer, which Webroot always does. The difference being that Webroot has outstanding support and GuruAid couldn't write a dir command without a syntax error. He said he worked to Webroot, which was a lie. After screwing around on my computer for almost an hour it became obvious to me he had no idea how to restore Webroot on my new computer and, but for $80 he could a "technician" clean up all the errors on my 2 day old machine.
My guess is that if you think they did a good job you really didn't need them.

STAY AWAY! IT IS A SCAM!
