Because of a shipping debacle my Total Restore arrived after 5PM last night about a month after I placed my order. I had seen your presentation on TV, several different ones online and read 4 of your books I was going crazy wanting to experience your product. I'm thrilled to have started the regimen of 3 capsules daily.
I haven't able to suppress the joy I feel knowing I finally doing something so positive for my health. I can't wait for time to pass so I could feel and see my total results after I finish the bottle.
I also ordered 24 strain Probiotic and Prebiothrive because I wanted to utilize as much as I could of your research and program.

Please don't Doubt your "gut " feeling about Bio Complete 3. It is nothing short of a miracle for the great work it has done for my Husband's stomach. He was having stomach pains for three months prior to taking bio 3 complete. I asked him to try the Bio Complete just t to see if it would help. After the first day of using bio complete the pain was gone. It was like a miracle and he hasn't had stomach issues sense. My experience with Bio Complete was even greater than his. For the past 10 years I have been suffering with constipation due to pain medication. My doctor had me on a Prescription for constipation. I've been taking BioComplete-3 for a bit over 3 months and it has helped my gut immensely! When I ingest gluten (or any large grain protein), I get a flare-up of psoriasis within a few days. Since I've been taking BioComolete-3, the flare-ups are much more mild, or don't happen at all. It's nice to not have to search every label, and skip out on social functions (COVID-safe, of course) because I know what will happen to my body later on.

I am a 55yo gym owner and trainer. Since using your products, I have been able to do without meat, and still achieve elite level physical performances, including 55 Chinups and 105 push-ups (both personal records, and in my YouTube channel if you wish to witness these). I never thought not eating lots of eggs, beef, and other high protein animal products was possible for my goals. Well it is possible, and I even lost 8-10 lbs of body fat without trying! I am now so muscular that I can see my own biceps - as in there is a visible Separation between the long head and the short head! That's how little fat I now have. Oh and my waist went from an already good 33 inches to a 29 inches at 165lb bodyweight (from 175lbs) at 5'9" height.

The 1st photo I submitted was taken in November 2020, a week ago at 165lbs, after using pro plant & eating as per Gundry teaches for about 6 months. The 2nd was taken in 2019 weighing about 200lbs

After 2 weeks of taking it, the tiredness, and constant muscle pain went away now I can get up at6 am and go on with my day without getting tired or needing to take a nap. Feel great.

Just getting started so I don't have a lot to say so far. I have been using Gundry MD PreBioThrive for two weeks now. I will update later on.
