Recently started the program, about a month ago. So far eliminations have improved in 'volume', regularity and ease. I intend to stick with these products, because I am feeling better and my BP has stabilized too.
The videos helped with my decision to purchase. So far, Glad I did.
First and foremost... the taste of this olive oil is so fresh and vibrant! I enjoyed the wonderful fragrance, the elegant taste, and the vibrant consistency of this oil! The only downside is the smaller volume because after a week of taking it with my morning vitamins I end up with a completely empty bottle. It's a good thing that I managed to purchase 3 bottles this time!
I am not regular by any means and only able to go every other day or every 2 days.
However, I have been able to go every day after taking Complete 3. The started being able to go normally after the 2nd day of taking Complete 3.
At times, I cramp a little late at night but the next morning I go and feel great. This will not keep me from taking it because going every day is much better than going every other day or every 2 days.
I have been taking the product for about two weeks now. I am able to hope right of of bed in the morning without hitting the alarm clock 4-5 times. I believe my stomach looks less bloated. I am excited to see how I feel in two more weeks.
I really like this product. Helped my husband with his gut. He suffers from dyspepsia, Gurd, and acid reflux I wanted to get him off per-tonics and on to total restore and GI renew. The first week was hard but it got a little easier the 2nd week and then the 3 week we are almost out and need to order more
I was happy to find that the shake was now available in vanilla flavor. I had been using the chocolate but preferred to have vanilla, This flavor suits my taste much better. The one downside to the vanilla versus the chocolate is I have to pay $20 more for it. That was quite disheartening and costly.
I was skeptical, having tried other products in the past. But I have to admit that I am much more regular in my bathroom habits and my cravings for carbs and sugars are way down! I have lost 8 pounds in total and I have more energy. Thank you!
At first, I found the product a little sour on the taste side, however after a few days I got use to the taste. It was really helpful in substituting as filler for my lunch. It was surprising to me that although it was a liquid it actually sent e to the bathroom on a regular basis. The product also assisted me in keeping a balanced diet.
These shakes are yummy and filling. I have been replacing my lunch with a shake during the work week. So far the weight is falling off I mix the shake with unsweetened almond milk and a tablespoon of peanut butter powder. Easy peasy!
I was a little hesitant when I began but I figured what do I have to loose? Indigestion has all but disappeared. I don't feel bloated. Bowel movements are consistent. I have lost five pounds. Very Pleased?
I have a lot of issues with constipation and gas. The shake does seem to ease my gas pain and allows for regular bile movements. I would also agree that it has also help with curving my appetite. I prefer the chocolate favor over the vanilla, I would recommend the shake to persons who have issues with irregularity as it has been the reason
I continue to use it.

It helped my colon and stomach pain I was having. It keeps me keep regular every morning. I take it everyday along with restore. These are my two favorites products. They are expensive and I will keep taking them as long as I can afford them.

The only thing I do extra is grind up a garlic clove, a little piece of onion, cabbage, broccoli sprout heads and mushroom with a little water in a blender then drink it in addition to BioComplete 3.
The taste is very good. I mix with blueberries or strawberries for a really wonderful treat. I have for breakfast most morning and have so much energy. I have type 2 diabetes so I also have a shake at bedtime. Since starting this, my A1C has dropped from 7.6 to 6.1. Thank you Dr. Gundy.
I think it has been good. My health has generally been good and I eat healthy so no drastic change noticed. However, I do feel better. What has also helped is that I have avoided peanuts, tomato with seeds and other lectin containing foods.
I've been using the chocolate flavor ProPlant Complete Shake for a few weeks, and I love the way I feel. I use it as my mid-day meal, and it keeps me satisfied until dinner. I also changed several things about the food I eat in general, and as a result of drinking the shake and the change in the quality and quantity of food I eat, I've been successful in losing weight for the first time in years.
My favorite way to mix my shake is to use cold coffee and unsweetened coconut milk as the liquid portion, plus a few ice cubes. I use my immersion blender and end up with the most delicious mocha shake that I look forward to drinking every day.
I have always had horrible IBS symptoms. I had either constipation or diarrhea, I also had horrible gas pains. I had worked in the ER for many years and as a colon hydro therapist. This product has done amazing things to calm down my bowel symptoms and to get me more regular. I'm feeling so much better now and wish I would have found it sooner.
I cant for sure say I am having more energy but I haven't finished the 1st bottle yet. Last week had the twice yearly blood work done and my LDL was down from 170 to 140. My recurring bouts with gout have dissapeared. A rash that would not go away, I was worried it may be... the C word, has totally disappeared, gone. And I have noticed that, as advertised, my cravings for sweets and/or carbs has diminished. I had listened to several doctors on YouTube describing symptoms that indicate I need a probiotic, so I was looking when I found this product. Haven't finished the 1st bottle yet and have positive results. Looking forward to how I look and feel at the end of the 3rd bottle.
I've experienced incomplete digestion and sporadic bowel movements for years. I've tried various probiotics with very little improvement. I've heard of leaky gut before and about all the various foods that might cause it but just wasn't willing to eliminate so many foods from my diet permanently. When I heard about the claims that Bio complete 3 makes I was skeptical, but figured it was so much easier and probably cheaper than the elimination diet I might as well give it a shot. It took about a week before I saw much improvement in my digestion, as I was continuing to eat the same foods, but after 2 weeks the foods that often caused me digestive issues weren't a problem anymore. I'm a true believer!
