Cheaters

I went to the store to look what deal they have for black Friday. I know the price earlier before the Black Friday, they juck up the price and they put it on sale 30 % off. Shame on you Guess what a dishonest merchant you guys are I hate you.

Terrible Customer Service
September 16, 2022

I return an item on August 31,2022 using their UPS label. I called on September 6 and was told they had receive the item but I had to wait until it was return to the warehouse and it would take a week. Then it would take another week to get my refund. After September 12 and no refund. I filed a complaint with the BBB on Guess. I receive two emails on September 14 stating the item was returned and my refund was processed. I called my bank on the September 16 about my refund. My bank said it did not receive any refund from Guess. It has been over two weeks and No Refund. I was going to order something g else from them but not now. I will never order from them again. I used to places like Amazon, Macy's, Belks, etc. where you receive your refund in a week.

My husband bought a wallet for me and it ripped off from the front within 6 months of the purchase. Tried to get in touch with customer service to have it replaced but apart from couple of email there is no response at all. LOOKS LIKE THEY WANT TO RIP YOU OFF BY TAKING THE MONEY. Just like other dodgy retailers. Shame on you

On March, 11 clothes were delivered to Guess by DHL using Guess return label from the package. Since then no new information, because DHL consider the packed as delivered and Guess refuse to proceed a refund because the package didn't reach their warehouse on some internal post. It is March, 22 and the total amount of order is about 500 USD and I urgently need this money.

Guess quality?

GUESS, it`s a shame!
Poor customer service!
AND then this BAD quality! My GUESS watch-strap is falling apart!
I only used the watch for 3 days (4-6 hours).
The rest of the time i had it in a GLASS DISPLAY CASE.

And now the plast parts on the watch strap, all breaking up!
GUESS respons: Unfortunately we are unable to provide spare parts for our watches, therefore we can not assist you any further!

NEVER NEVER again!

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE IF ANY ISSUES!

I bought many items from the online Guess store and the dates kept changing and one of the parcels were now scheduled to arrive after my international flight home, you think I could get any assistance or replies from them? NOPE, NONE….

I rang & it RANG OUT dozens of times,
I emailed 4 times NOT ONE REPLY
And I even tried to go on live chat and they ABRUPTLY ENDED/DISCONNECTED it twice after I waited ages to finally be connected to an agent!

Absolutely disgusting assistance for any online shopping enquires/issues that actually require them to do their jobs by resolving issues…

Now because they change the dates to suit themselves after you pay express; I now have $220USD parcel coming to the holiday rental property after I fly out; that too is also full of gifts for family members from our holiday that they now aren't getting.

I'm appalled to say the least, never buying Guess branding again & I bought them very often.

Conclusion: If it doesn't involve putting money in their pockets, they are not interested in assisting customers….

IS THAT EVEN LEGAL?

Ordered online and when I received product that was crap (not as described) - I returned. They not only charged me for the return label - but they charged me tax on the return label. Absolutely disgusting. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been ordering clothing online for 20 years and Guess is the WORST company I have ever dealt with.

Terrible!

I purchased several dresses (non formal variety) two days ago. I came back to the store today with one of the items, tags still attached, receipt in hand to return it. I am told it was a sale item so no returns. The price on the tag does not reflect a sale price nor does the receipt. There is also no signage saying there are no returns. In fact it states a date at the bottom of my receipt as to when returns are accepted. I also mentioned to the sales person who helped me that I couldnt decide which ones to get and said I would see what the husband thought and bring the other one back. Nothing was said. I asked the girl at the register to show me how to identify what was on sale on my receipt and I would bring one of the other items back and exchange as there was nothing else in the store I wanted or I would have bought it while I was there. Nothing on my receipt reflected a sale price on any of the items! I am disgusted by the idea that I would purchase something less than 48 hours before and am told that I cannot return it because it was a sale yet nothing on the tags or receipt indicate that it was on sale and would not be eligible for a return if need be.

Guess just scammed and lost a loyal customer
November 15, 2021

This makes me sad to write because I genuinely love all of my clothes from guess but I think they've lost a customer after my last experience. I purchased a sequin dress and used $30 I had in rewards and a 30% off coupon for being an elite noir member. However they sent me a completely different dress. I have had to have 5 phone calls with different agents to "resolve "this, and this was their resolution: they made me re-purchase the item, but instead of honoring the price that I purchased it for, they charged me $85 more to receive the new dress! I can't make this up. Their reasoning: they have now raised the price of the original dress by $40, they would not allow me to use my 30% off coupon, or my $30 rewards towards the "purchase" of them sending me the correct dress (which has not been reinstated in my account either!). This was a total total scam. And a terrible customer service experience… Not only did it take up hours and hours of my time to have these five phone calls, but I've asked to speak to a manager multiple times and have not received a callback from one. Guess is scamming customers to profit off of sending them the wrong item. I am so appalled and frustrated. They just lost a really really good customer.

Terrible, Unprofessional

#guess Their system and customer service are terrible, awful and offense the customers because their service is unresponsable. Customers invest time sat in front the computers placing orders from their website. As a result, they take to long to respond if those items are available or not even in their website shows are available. They are doing false advertisement I placed an order 15 days ago and I called them today. Finally, after 59 min in hold Guess's people told me the rest of my order is out of the stock. So, their never sent me any email confirming this.
This company is an unprofessional, unreliable, their CSR and logistic are unaccurate. This company takes to long to review orders and after many days their said the pending items are "out of the stock". Then, I asked to their cust. Serv. Rep to give me any coupon or discount for the inconvenience, she disconected the call, that's so convenience for them!. I suggest to GUESS doesn't assume because their have a known name will be enough. This company needs to hire professionals with experience in Supply Chain because their ERP is awful.

WORST customer service! WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM GUESS.
Their ridiculous return policy is a joke!
Total scammers! Go to Macys they are professional, treat their customers great, and return policy is easy breezer.
One GUESS associate when I asked what the return policy was told me don't return something that smells. WHAT? Will NEVER GO BACK!

Horrible Customer Service

I've had winter coats from Guess before, always in the same size. This year, I ordered one in the usual size and couldn't even begin to zip it up...didn't even make it to my waist. That's when I found that Guess doesn't offer exchanges. Instead, you have to order a new one and do a return on the old one.

The second time around, I ordered a size larger than usual (still not true to the size chart, but at least zippable) and opted to have it shipped to a UPS Store, which was listed as a free shipping option. I never received a notification that it arrived at the destination, I just checked one day and found that it arrived there several days prior. When I went to the UPS Store, I had to wait for about an hour and pay $20 cash to pick it up because Guess doesn't actually have a shipping agreement with UPS, they just ship stuff there without permission. Rightfully, UPS charges a package handling fee. This is no different than if Guess shipped your package to your neighbor, expecting your neighbor to receive and store it for you. So I called Guess and was told that if I provided a receipt, I'd have the $20 refunded to me within 24 hours.

Days went by without hearing back from Guess after I provided the receipt, so I called again. That time, I was told that nobody said it would be refunded to me (i.e, I was lied to), that instead I would have the $20 automatically applied to any order I placed from Guess.com, simply by using the same email address at checkout.

I tested that by putting together an order, and no discount was applied. So I called yet again, and I was told that there's no such option for automatic discounts. Instead, a loyalty account was created for me, which explains why I suddenly started receiving Guess marketing emails without my permission.

At that point, I told Guess to go $#*! off and keep my $20, that I hope it was worth it to lose my business and have me badmouth them whenever the opportunity arises. They lie over and over again, they claim to provide free shipping that's no actually free, and when they screw up, they try to make up for it by forcing you to spend more money with them.

Just left the Guess Store in Edgewater, NJ and I will never go back. My son wanted a T-shirt that he saw in the window so we walked in and immediately we were greeted by what Im guessing is the store manager or assistant manager. All normal and typical. As time progressed my other son came with his girlfriend as we chatted it up, my sons girlfriend decided to go off and browse. I asked my son where was his gf and the store manager directed us in the direction of where she was, again normal and what appeared to be courteous until she felt it necessary to advise us that she knew exactly where everyone in her store was. Not once but three times. Gee thanks. First, I wasnt speaking to you when I inquired where my sons gf was but thanks for letting me know. Second, I heard you the first time, didnt need you to repeat that you knew where everyone in YOUR store was. Last time I checked, I walked into Guess, NOT YOUR STORE. As Im trying to ignore the fact that this store manager was implying that we may be shoplifting and we needed to be warned that she knew exactly where we were just in case. At the same time my son was at the register and the cashier apparently was warned about us because she was steady studying the sales price on the ticket on the jeans he was buying. How petty! No, we did not add or switch sales tickets! Clearly, the staff at this Guess Store needs the same sensitivity training the Starbucks Employees received not too long ago. If its not offered by corporate perhaps the staff needs to research some resources to help them on how to treat customers

I've been a loyal customer for many years and have always been treated with the upmost respect. Today was a slow day at the office so I sent my son and my assistant to Limeridge mall in Hamilton to go shopping. There was no budget, purchase what you want. My son spent 1200. 00 at American Eagle, 800.00 at Hudson Bay and 300.00 at Sports Check, 2 pairs of van shoes and some cologne from shoppers. I asked my wife what she spent ay Guess? She said they would not let my son try on what he choose. My son is a beautiful young man at 23 he was dressed in his track pants and hoodie, probably not the best attire when you go shopping... but either way you look a it he was treated with disrespect. He is not demanding in anyway he left his choices with a staff member and politely left. The lack of respect and discourtesy that your staff gave my son today will not go unnoticed. I've informed my family and my 800 staff members of what happened to my son today. I can assure you that you lost 816 customers today and my wife will never buy another piece of Marciano.
