Terrible customer service! Returned a pair of shoes over two months ago, have proof of delivery from the courier and still waiting for my refund. After many emails to them I got a reply to say they lost the package in their warehouse and were investigating it. The inefficiencies of their warehouses is not the customers fault!
Awful don't order online it takes so long and the customer service team are useless.

Without a doubt the best customer service relation I have ever dealt with they are always polite and willing to help you in any situation I would and will recommend their services to anyone thay treat you like family I have had many insurance carriers throughout the years but they are by far the most caring thank you
The purse from TJ Maxx that was guess Brand. After less than two weeks the lining ripped out and it was useless. I contacted and they replied. Unfortunately customer service will not do anything at all to help you. No, I did not take it back to t. J. Maxx because I did not have the tags still because I expected it to last for more than two weeks. That's why I contactedcustomer service at guess. They were totally useless I sent them pictures which they asked for and they still did nothing to help me whatsoever. They seem to think it is t. J. Maxx's responsibility to take care of this. However guess is plainly stamped all over this purse. It is their responsibility! There is selfish company and they also make inferior low quality products which they don't stand behind. Do not buy from them
Nice to look at from afar. All though guess has come along way, lets be honest. I dont see the difference between Guess and lets say Forever 21. Go ahead and waste your money. But if you ask me, Ill spend the $7.00 at Forever21 versus the $120.00 at Guess!
Have been a loyal fan of Guess for many years but certainly not any more.
Bought a pair of boots. The third time worn, they literally fell apart (see photos). It is clear the adhesive used and the materials are poor quality (PU lifting off base material on upper, sole literally came apart on both shoes - literally fell off whilst walking out of a coffee shop! So embarassing) You can see from the second photo that these have not been extensively worn - the heel is hardly showing any wear at all which is the first giveaway for a pair of stillettos. Guess have ignored all communication but were extremely quick to remove the photos from their facebook page - amazing isn't it! Shop elsewhere and spend your money wisely - at $100 these were not by any stretch cheap boots and yet a $10 pair from a discount shop have lasted months and months of constant wear! Never experienced anything like this with them before but certainly not going to risk a repeat!
Guess clothes use to be so nice but now it really just looks like clothing old men (Marciano brothers) want to see on young girls. They are not comfortable nor practical for any female and are not designed with any of that in mind. They only show models with implants so there is no way to tell how clothes with look on women with basic natural bodies who have not been surgically enhanced. This is not about size, because I am slim and athletic (cirque du soleil artist), but about the reality that these clothes are how perverted men want young girls to dress.

I rate as4/5 because I like guess stuff and here you'll find a lot of stuff in sale, the website is okay although it needs some update, not that fastest shipping either, as for the customer service do not depend on that, I am guess list member but the points never added after wasting my time I got negative points! Don't ask how that happened! So at the end it's a nice place to shop and get nice deals of you're a guess fan
My wife returned a dress with all paperwork included and had a tracking number plus proof of delivery back to Guess. They are saying they haven't received it and will not refund her. Don't deal with this ungenuine company.
BAD QUALITY!
I bought the crossbody chain bag. The bag was nice in the beginning. So, after 1 month of having and keeping good care of it the handle fell off. I tried to contact Guess several times but every time someone else of the customer service told me they haven't received any email of photos that they had requested for and etc. So after 3 months of trying I give up. So now I found a DIY way to fix it and now the other handle of the small grip is also defect. I will of course never buy something of this poor company again and I have all the rights to let everyone know! The worst ever
Horrible with returns. They never credit you, will say they didnt receive it, its all a big battle.

Worst District team to work for, super dramatic, gossips and back stabbing. My DM was a total gossip queen, pretended to have your best interest but talked shut about her management team with other managers. The co managers and assistant managers I worked with never got a raise. No matter how hard they worked it was it never enough. The CEO of the company is a joke. Kiss $#*! company with no direction. I have never ever worked with a bunch of clowns like this before. Shame on them.
I made an order, they sent me the order receipt and an order confirmation. 7 days later when I callled them to check for the order status, they told me that they don't have the item in stock yet and so the item is out of stock. The customer service representative was not helping at all, and he kept asking me to place another order with him when I just told him that I bought this as a birthday gift, and her bd is today. I ended up having to cancel the order and drive to the mall and buy my cousin something else.
I personally have never experienced anything like this with other brands such as H&M, Forever21, Zara, Express. I just wish that they have emailed me and let me know that the item was out of stock earlier so I have more time to plan.
Placed my order online, shipped only one of my item. I called Guess customer care person he was speaking like a machine continuously not listening to me at all. He was not even pausing in between to confirm that I hear what he said.

I bought a watch online for someone else as a gift and I was flying to another country in 25 days. I live in New York City and I thought 25 days are enough for any company to deliver a product but no, they didn't deliver on time and I had to leave without that watch.
I sent couple emails and I called them multiple times but I never got a chance to speak with a representative. Every time I called, I was on hold and one time I waited almost 95 mins on a call to see how long it will take to connect to them but there was no one available and I had to disconnect. They did not even answer my emails
Quality is terrible. I bought two dresses, after I get sit my back stretched out. I bought a winter jacket and all inside left with dots after two wearing. They have a terrible quality and overpriced. I do not understand how the stars like Jenifer Lopez advertising this company. Probably for her going different material. Do not buy! If for you is important there you spend your money.
I bought a bag for my wife. There was an offer so I bought it with discount. The bag had damage so I returned it but then the offer was gone. I approached the customer service to see if I could get the product again with the discount. But I had to ask two times and each time no response. So I had to buy it again without the discount. It's not my fault that the bag was broken the first time, I expect some customer support here!
