Quality is terrible. I bought two dresses, after I get sit my back stretched out. I bought a winter jacket and all inside left with dots after two wearing. They have a terrible quality and overpriced. I do not understand how the stars like Jenifer Lopez advertising this company. Probably for her going different material. Do not buy! If for you is important there you spend your money.
I bought a bag for my wife. There was an offer so I bought it with discount. The bag had damage so I returned it but then the offer was gone. I approached the customer service to see if I could get the product again with the discount. But I had to ask two times and each time no response. So I had to buy it again without the discount. It's not my fault that the bag was broken the first time, I expect some customer support here!
I received my new purse, that I purchased online, with terrible scratches all on the metal piece and a sticky/gross stain on the purse. Clearly damaged but still decided to send it to me anyways. I will for sure never shop here again. And judging from the reviews I have read about Guess I wouldn't suggest anyone else does either. It is very obviously a used purse that they decided to resend out. The other purse I received was wrapped and had protective pieces on the straps and metal pieces. The damaged one did not.
This company has horrible employees and customer service. I returned 2 tops in the mail with the reciepts included. They refunded the cheap $12 one and claimed they never received the $40 one. Complete BS! They got to keep my money and the top that I already returned to them. So I got screwed and got nothing. All the customer service reps say they can't do anything and that a supervisor will call back. 4 times I've called and still never got a call back. Worst company. Thier motto should be: think you'll get good service. Guess again.
Terrible service. I ordered a few items on the basis they had this one product which they said they did have in stock. Then i receive a message saying we have taken the 1 item off so i messaged them first thing to say i want to cancel the order in that case.
They ignored my request and had a message saying its now being sent/shipped.
So now i have to go out my way to send the items back and has just caused me lots of inconvenience and a missed birthday present.
I have still yet to receieve a email back and customer services on the phone is useless.
There is a reason why so many bad reviews and there are better companies to spend your money with

Bought 3 pairs of mens jeans 2 pair lasted about 6 times wearing the third lasted about 10 before tearing in the back quality has gone downhill. I have other pairs that have lasted years.
I have always loved shopping at Guess and always will. I recommend it to everyone. They always have the nicest clothes here that are very high in quality. I also love my Guess purse and wallet. The prices are a little high, but it's worth it.
I wish I could give this place a zero star. Never buy from this company! Its a RED FLAG! The employee at the store I visited Sparks NV, is very disrespectful and calls herself the "manager"! I wonder who gave her the job! Pretty disrespectful and racist! Never shop at this place!

I always loved the guess brand and their photography. Their models are gorgeous and their site captures that old classic American pioneer on the west feel that I find really sexy. Their site is a bit cumbersome and ordres are not always easy to process. I hate it when a site asks for my shipping and billing address separately! Terrible, don't buy from this company, they said 40% off, but they didn't give you 40% off when you pay, I told them is wrong amount, but they still said is right, check your invoice, you will find out they over charge you! I will never buy anything from them anymore.
I have been wearing my watch from Guess almost everyday for 2 years, and its still in a brilliant condition.
The quality is amazing and I often get compliments and asked where its from, as its quite eye catching- a green metal watch with diamontes.
I am very glad I brought the watch, as it is, and has been great value for money and I love the design.
I will be very sad when its had its day, but hopefully that won't be soon.

Luis Ayala one of the best costumer service representatives out there for the guess company. Many representatives don't like to take the time to explain things however, this isn't the case for Luis Ayala. He's a very patient and helpful individual.
I ordered things in excess of € 100. I needed that as a gift for my wife. They sent the package after 2 days and then the DHL package drove from one city to another and back to the first city and again to the second and so on for about 10 days. After 10 days the package was marked as damaged.
I have contacted the customer service several times to resend the items to me and they then make arrangements with DHL. But they were very frivolous, rude and without any concern for the customer. They just don't care about you. They asked me to wait 30 days? I explained to them that is a gift and that I was not interested in the problem with DHL.

I searched for a while for a bag with ID. No. HWMP******* in guess website and finally, I ordered it in guess website as soon as I found it was available, and I also received the confirmation email. But, later they sent me another email with rejection content.

Quality has dropped drastically in the last few years. Bought a watch that's worth over 1k and it was sent broken. Took it back the same day still in its packaging and unworn. Refuses to exchange with the exact same watch in store. Makes me wait over 6 weeks while they "repair" it. Explained to them that I don't want a refurbished or repaired watch as I was given a faulty item and it was not done through my error. It is within my rights to either get an exchange or refund under the Australian Consumer Act. Still don't have the watch, money has been payed over six weeks ago and no one is willing to help because it is inconvenient to them to assist me in any way. I am disgusted! Trying to organise bank to refund the charges and in the meanwhile I am in the process of taking them to the ombudsman.
