I ordered some DIM from them and they emailed me back telling me that the item was on back order.
They never answered the phone when I called. I then told them to cancel the order. When I canceled the order they cursed at me
Run. Do not buy from them. They opened factory packaging and stuffed 100 protein bars into a flat rate box to save on shipping. Damaged items while stuffing and told me to F off when I asked if they were a joke.
Wish I had looked at this review of company first. Out $40 for shampoo - they advertised product by name and then substituted a different one from the same company, saying 'we're sorry for your confusion if you wanted an older product'. What they sent was not a new formula of the ordered product but a newer release from the company that shared one similar ingredient which I had tried before and makes my scalp itch. $#*!s
I ordered Ark Gentle Digest for dogs and cats probiotics and was very worried after reading the reviews. I emailed the seller asking for the tracking number and the seller responded right the ways. I received the products 4 days after placing the order and very happy about it. Good price and fast shipping! 5 stars!
Purchase a few bottles of supplements, price was good. Shipment went out quick too, but packing was very poor, all the bottles just dumped into an envelope. UPS made a complete mess of everthing, 2 glass bottles completely shattered, glass all over and the rest crushed. I called the owner (he is a one man company) and he said "tough". Told me to file a claim with UPS, but since he did not take out extra insurance they refused to pay. Stay away from this crook, does not stand behind his poor shipping habits, must be an ebay seller from his business practices.
This company NEVER sent me the product I ordered, and refuses to return my phone calls or emails. Only responded when I filed a complaint with paypal! Funny how the product was mailed soon after... way over a month! So if you don't mind getting your product close to two month after ordering and have to pay for shipping! BEWARE!

My experience with Guaranteed supplements.com was very positive. I received my order in 24 hours! Prices were lower than any others I found on-line. And they also returned my phone call promptly. Overall, I was very pleased with their service and will definitely order from them again.
I had a similiar experience as the other reviewer. I ordered a bottle of Enhanced CLA because their description of the product stated ' 1600mg of CLA per serving'. I get the bottle and the bottle states '533mg of CLA' per serving. Wrote to them and got a note back from them in all CAPS (we all know what that means) and explaining to me, like I was stupid or something, that the serving size is 3 gelcaps, read the label. I don't think they read the label because it does say serving size = 1 geltab right on it. I suggested that they read the label before responding. Then they sent me an image of another product that states serving size = 3 geltabs from a different website. I thanked them because now I know were to go to get CLA 1000MG next time but what does that have to do with their product stating serving size = 1 geltab. Did they think I would think this is the product I had? I don't know but basically they were not going to do anything to make the customer happy even though it's their website that is mistating the product. I would avoid this company. If you buy regardless of whether it is your mistake or theirs, they don't care.
The sent me a 84 tab bottle when there website and my invoice said 120. They refused to make good on it in any way and only said that I still got a good deal. :(

We list over 30,000 items and it can difficult to keep item descriptions, photos and such details up to date. We dislike when this happens this as much as the customer, but trying to run a small competitive online business can be challenging in these times (4 bottles of shampoo total cost delivered was $31.95 a full $10.00 less than the next lowest online competitor).
