I get text driver on way, once he arrives he calls my phone and speaks no English, he can't understand me so he keeps hanging up. He sends me pic of the wrong apt door in completely wrong apt complex. I send him pic of my complex but he doesn't understand and insisted on staying at the wrong complex. I go outside n see he was across the way, I'm hollering n screaming for his attention. Overal he could not read or understand English, he took pic of apt 2248, im 1147 so I won't be ordering online again! This lasted 20min and i was missing an item I wanted to cook..
Worse delivery service ever. They never have what you need and substitutions are always the worse. I ordered 3 packs of tyson wingettes. I chose not to have them substituted If it wasn't available. They sent me 3 packs of chicken legs anyway. If I wanted that I would have asked for it. Also, they never have drivers. My last order was 3 hours late. Called customer service and the rep couldn't give me a eta on when I'd receive my groceries. I'm puzzled as to how and why they use doordash for delivery and never have drivers available. If I were to order fast food directly through doordash, I'd get my food within the hour. Make it make sense please.
This delivery service is getting sloppier and sloppier. I purchased groceries for Saturday delivery. Only one item in the delivery was correct. I immediately contacted customer service, really wanting the delivery because I was hungry. The guy offered to refund me my money for products that I didn't receive. Imagine that! And Walmart wants you to be happy about them returning your money for products not received. Money will be in account in 3 days. Well I don't have another $80 to order elsewhere. So, I guess I will have to wait three days before I can eat.
Grocerie delivery is always delayed or takes items to wrong address. THEY will try and take away your delivery plan from Walmart saying you are going against policies for there errors and yes I do complain if u got my money where is my stuff I have 3 small kids and no car so I really thought this would be something good for me
I placed an order for delivery for the first time and used my debit card to pay and tip. I got an email 10 minutes that my order was canceled due to returns policy violation. This is a brand new never used Walmart grocery account. When I requested to know what the policy violation was and for what items, there was no violation as it was a new account and they weren't sure. I requested the order to be placed through but was told as they canceled it I would have to wait 3-5 days for the bank to refund the money. I could just order it again and it would probably go through. What?! Canceled for no reason, no refund and you want me to order again and hope it goes through?
We gave them three shots. They failed all three times. All three times our orders were delivered somewhere else. All three times Customer servive was contacted. All three times the reps were impossible to understand, speaking very fast and in broken at best English. All three times the issue was passed off to a third party vendor for us to deal with. They are lightening fast to take your money, but give refunds in excuses rather than your money back.
Walmart does not live up to its delivery of online groceries. I ordered some online groceries for delivety I only received some of my order and was charged for all of it. I think they should refund my money on what I did not receive. I signed up for delivery service with no minimum purchase each time you order and I pay $12.95 a month for this service. Come on walmart or I will cancel my delivery service with you. I paid by debit card for all of this and no proof but my bank statement.
One order went to the wrong address! One order missing items! One order 3 hrs late customer service kept telling me that it will be delivered at expected time at 5 pm when i inquired about the order at 6? I order for a daycare and i always get rude drivers that they need us to help unload because its so much! We are paying for this service for a reason. Had a driver leave food on sidewalk and one that threw our bags at the door! 100 words is not enough for this review! HORRIBLE SERVICE I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Nothing like waiting all night for an order with no communication. I have a houseful of company coming this weekend and had only 1 night free this week in which I could receive a grocery order--and it was a large order. It was to be delivered between 6:00 & 7:00 PM. At 6:40, I received a text saying it was delayed and would be delivered within 2 hours. After nearly 3 hours, I called the store. Couldn't reach a live person. Called Customer Service, and their very patient CSR called the store via whatever backdoor number they had and finally had the order delivered at 10:15 PM. The last time this happened (about 2 months ago), I received a message about 10:00 PM telling me that they were canceling the order because they didn't have a driver. This is not the first time this has happened, or I wouldn't be writing this. (I believe in giving the benefit of a doubt.) They really need to streamline the process AND provide better communication.
Order of grocery list was not delivered today July 14,2023 because no one delivered the order. The order was supposed to be delivered around 9am this morning and wasn't. We've never had this issue in addition to food stamps and money not being put back on my cards both bank card and food stamp card this morning. Called Walmart more than once towards getting money and food stamps back. Supposedly it takes 3 hours for the food stamps to get back on my card and 3-10 business days for funds to return. Thinking about other grocery stores who do I can do online grocery shopping with.
I can't believe wall Mart employlee stole 100.00 from me on a on line purchase for delivery. I am a senior citizen purchased 28.00 and they took 128.00. This was done with my smart phone and they said I requested 100.00 back. How can you request money back on a smart phone. Taking advantage of a senior citozen. I filed a fraud report
We ordered 60 dollars worth of things from Walmart and instead of receiving our order we got some random picture and a notification that the order was delivered. We called Walmart and they said that we had to pay again to resend the order. It's clear that the driver stole our order and assumed that we would just get our money back. Order at your own risk!
Walmart advertised delivery to your door. Not true. Walmart contracts for delivery but does not require the contractor to deliver to apartment doors, only the outside door of the building. Your items can be left outside of the building so even a passersby on the public sidewalk can help themselves. If you call Walmart to complain, expect a call from Walmart explaining why Walmart is not responsible, but the delivery contractor, whom no contact information is available. Because Walmart is the party advertising delivery to your door, Walmart is committing false or misleading advertising. They cannot hide behind the contractor while making claims Walmart is not responsible.
Placed an order at 11pm for delivery between 5pm - 6pm next day 2/9/24. Leave work early home 15 mins to spare. 3 ph calls canceled order/ reorder. 8:48 pm received order not what I ordered plus charged again but $3 more because it's an express order now but wait... Walmart + has over $150 of my money for a $77 order I placed that was 2 hrs and 48 minutes LATE.
When I called spoked with customer service manager his attitude sucked. Like I was bothering him about a service I paid for and did not receive. Being doubled charge by walmart + thats affecting my budget.

Walmart grocery delivery is the worst. For awhile I subscribed to the monthly delivery plan. But I canceled because they kept canceling my orders. I'm not going to pay for a monthly service I can't even use. I placed a order paying 7.95 for the delivery and my order was delayed, over 24 hours later and still no food delivery! I have never had a late order or a canceled order from publix, Amazon fresh or Kroger.
Walmart grocery and delivery has some serious issues they are a big joke think before you become a member you call in and ask about a certain item that you ordered you get cussed at they're very rude I have three refunds that I'm supposed to get I have not received none of them it's been 3 weeks look elsewhere before you become a member they're a big joke don't take this message lately
I was supposed to get the delivery between 11am and noon. I got one email saying it might take up to 2 hours to get it (canned response) -:It is now 10PM with no delivery and no notices from Walmart.
This is the second time this has happened - all other deliveries were lat.
Out of 3 times I tried the delivery service they only delivered one time. Horrible service! I used instacart all of last year and the orders were perfect and on time but Walmart delivery is unreliable and the costumer service is horrible. The pickup service is usually great but their delivery service is utterly awful.
Walmart delivery partner (DANE) at 753pm says picked up order then marked delivered at 755pm! Fraud! No delivery poss in 2 min Dane! Walmart app tip removed 45min later reappears-FRAUD again! Even Victor in cust svc is aware this is common problem. Dane took "pic" of delivery here is copy-see blank wall? Who cks this stuff? FRAUD!
In the last month I've have not recieved my order three times. The first time my order was actually stolen by the driver. The second and third times i kept recieving messages that my order was delayed. And when i call the store all they say is that they have to reassign a driver. It's pretty frustrated to have to go through this knowing i have no other way to get groceries and things. I'm dependent on them.
