Consistently missing items in my orders. I believe that the drivers are stealing products. I contacted Walmart and then they don't want to refund my money. Theft.
Today an order was dropped on my front porch, an order I did not place and delivered to me in error. There was no info as to the address, no delivery info as to who dropped it, USPS, UPS, Fedex…I knew it was Walmart as the product was marked Great Value. I tried 3 different Walmart Customer Service telephone numbers, the last being Corporate Headquarters, all automated and not allowing me to speak with a human BECAUSE THEY WANTED AN ORDER NUMBER. I have exhausted every effort to find where the order should nave been delivered, so I say to Walmart now you can deal with an irate customer that you billed who never received their delivery. So Walmart, I am done looking and WILL KEEP THE ORDER FOR MY TROUBLE! It's a shame you cannot hire people who can read street names or address numbers. Face it, Walmart…. You will never be an Amazon!
I stopped using Walmart delivery months ago tried it today and it was no different nothing has changed I was missing 75% of my items I was refunded but have to wait 5-10 days for refund it's ridiculous Kroger always on point do Walmart delivery
It absolutely is thé worst. I'm glad there is a grocery delivery in the remote area I live in, but this is ridiculous. They are always cancelling orders, rescheduling, changing the time on you, complaining about tips. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!
Walmart driver placed order on my porch. Good, but while backing out my driveway, hit my mailbox. Not good. Didn't even get out of the car to check damage, and didn't tell me. Saw it happen from my front window. Called the store. They said they can't do anything because the drivers are contractors, not employees. NOT helpful
Everything I ordered said "delivery not available ".
I canceled my membership.
Whats the point if I can't get things delivered?
Why only certain things are eligible?
I'm retired with no vehicle. I need Everything delivered, so I'll just stick with Amazon and wait a few days longer for delivery
I really need for Walmart delivery to be better. I am housebound much of the time and must rely on online grocery delivery for my needs. I am tired of having items that I ordered being missing from actual delivery, and without any notice or explanation from Walmart. I renew and pay for Walmart Plus annually, primarily for grocery shopping benefits and customer service, both of which are lacking.
My disabled client has had her delivery order messed up 4 times in the past 2 weeks. ( some of the drivers are wonderful but it is no longer the standard) twice they took the food away because she didn't understand about the code you give. Once they threw it in the foyer and it rotted. They never told her it was there. The directions are VERY VERY clear to not do this. This last time, today, they called me 20 minutes AFTER cancelling the order to tell me the driver was afraid of a possum in the back yard. BUT this was after they cancelled and they told me they'd call back when they knocked on her door. Never did. A $10 or $20 credit does not help when it is so frustrating and they refuse to refund all the food that spoiled. I am getting her a new service TODAY!
Walmart on Hanes mill Rd in ws NC has the sorriest employees or they hire thieves as delivery people everytime and I mean everytime I order something either they have missing items or what they do deliver is damaged complaints to the store are ignored
Got a delivery today,groceries, my order was left in a snow bank no where near me, I'm a one legged man in a wheelchair.gotta love the delivered picture of my stuff all tore up covered in snow.
Having my groceries delivered is awesome I'm a cancer patient and it's hard to get to the store. I sign for my order that way I know it's delivered. I live in a secure building and give specific instructions including calling when they arrive but 98% of the time the driver doesn't speak English and I don't speak Spanish. I feel if a person moves to another country that you should learn to speak the language. Again I do like that Walmart gives the option to get items delivered
Spark delivers for Walmart and just hires people online a couple of them were good drivers most of them horrible I told Walmart about it they said they would write it up and contact Spark. Spark has no customer service number they don't care.
I got banned from Walmart for reporting bad grocery deliveries of the groceries being dumped in the street or parking lot because the driver did not want to carry them in! So he dumped them and ran! It's now called "Walmart Dump & Run!" When I complained they said " well your groceries got delivered! And no refund will be given for all the groceries that melted out in the parking lot!" After that conversation Walmart put a ban on me and am not able to shop there anymore! WTH? I'm done! Switching now to Target.com because their store is clean and spotless and food is fresh and their deliveries are perfect! I heard many delivery complaints for Walmart! They now have been nicknamed "Walmart Dump & Run Delivery"!
Today was the last time even trying that dump. Last 4 times have all been crap. Every order either substituted with the most expensive thing they can find or completely out of stock. Service sucks. The only thing good about it is the drivers are not actual Walmart employees and they do the best work. They have a bunch of uneducated people that does not give a crap what you order. They either dont look or grab the first thing they see as a substitute. Walmart just plain sucks. The bigger they get the worse they are.
You call the customer service about the missing items all they tell you is ask for a refund, like its normal and they don't care about there incompetent employees
My order was supposed to come in on Thursday but didn't. You'd think the late deliveries would be 1st on the delivery list but no again.
I have Covid and decided to place an order for medications and soup. Paid for it and then received a confirmation email. Then an email that Ceasar is shopping, then a substitution, then out for delivery and then all of a sudden it was cancelled. I spent from 8:14 pm to 10:22 pm trying to find out why. Had to go to the store with a fever of 104 to get my items. I received 4 different answers as to why this happened. Till today I have been told, system error, express is done by a 3rd party delivery company and they cancelled it, an ID issue and it was cancelled for my security. Which one is it. I feel scammed and my money still has not been returned.
I'm giving Walmart grocery a five-star review because for the past year I've been using their service and although it hasn't been perfect it has saved me trips to the grocery store with tiny babies and for that I am more than grateful. If there are any issues or missing items I'm always compensated in full so no complaint there either. This service has made my life incredibly easier. Thank you Walmart!

If you can't read and speak English equally as well in the United States then you can't provide good service as a delivery driver. How can you hire a person who doesn't meet this standard?
I have discovered that delivery personnel have become far to reliant on the "App" they are provided to make accurate and timely deliveries.
I'm getting sick and tired of having to step out of my house and go find someone who should be doing their job better.
My stuff was left next-door I mean at least I live next door to the police station but still no one likes a call from the cops they never have good things to tell me well except for today. They're should bea way like with door dash or Uber eats and all of those to contact your delivery person but like only whenever they need to drop off your things
Answer: Non existent. You get a refund - no redelivery when they screw up. Worthless.
