When I went to the Kadıköy branch to pick up the vehicle I made the reservation and paid for about 4 days before the rental date, it was stated that the model cars I rented were not left, they would give an upper segment vehicle. I have informed that I have a preference for a model that is not an additional fee among the alternatives offered. Dec.They have previously received rental services from them and stated that a findeks inquiry should be made because the rental period is older than 6 months. As a result of the inquiry, they stated that the vehicle cannot be rented if it is not deemed appropriate by the systems. They stated that the only thing that can be done as a solution is to cancel the situation. Although I have not received any services, they indicate that it will take 6-7 days for a refund.They stated that none of the solutions offered to them would be possible.On Friday evening and the time limit being limited, I made all my planning accordingly, so in order to solve this victimization situation, I again received a rental service from another corporate rental company by making an inquiry via the findeks application.About 3 weeks ago, I bought a car rental service by making a findeks query from another company again. I could not understand how the situation that had a positive result using the same system turned out to be negative in the company's systems.This situation forced me to get the service from another company with a higher fee, and although I could not get any service, the evaluation was made in this way due to the lateness of the fee refund process.

So many fees were added at checkout that was not disclosed at initial booking then they basically force the extra insurances in order not to pay the 2000k deposit so your initial rate is very low and at pickup you are hit with additional fees that range close to 300..

Finding the office was a little complicated but found it with given directions. Service at the desk was simple and relatevely quick. The car was quite satisfactory if a little small for me, a six foot 3 inch guy. Return was extremely simple and very quick.

Answer: I have used them many times, always cheapest, always very new cars, always charming and helpful staff ( Stansted Airport). Every firm will try to get you to upgrade. Buy a 3rd party policy, and just say you have your own cover. Up to now I have never been scammed. I ALWAYS inspect the vehicle before. I drive off. I take photos and make sure I get it inspected and signed off by staff when I take it back.
Answer: Speeding/parking tickets and police action are slow. They keep the deposit until they are sure there will be no problems with any of those costs. (and yeah, would be speeding fine + massive green motion fee).

I can confirm that security deposits are automatically released by Green Motion on the last day of your rental after it has been established that the rental vehicle has been returned in the same condition as it was provided, and there are no further outstanding charges. Whilst in most cases this is available again within 10 working days, unfortunately, this can take up to 30 days depending on the bank that you use. We suggest that you contact your bank as they may be able to speed this process up for you. Green Motion's policy is to use pre-authorised transactions for our security deposits, which ring-fence the amount within your account, not charge it. This pre-authorised transaction will allow us to make charges if necessary at the end of the rental, but unless this occurs no money will leave your account. Due to the nature of this transaction, the release of these funds may not show on your bank statement as a separate transaction. If you believe that you have been charged your security deposit, please contact your bank and ask them to provide proof of the transaction as a charge on the first day of your rental so that we can look further into this for you. If this amount is still not available in your account after 30 days from the last day of your rental, please contact us at escalation@cs.greenmotion.com. The two customers being served while I was collecting my car had also not read/understood the conditions and were caught by surprise. The representative dealt with them firmly but fairly.
