They sold me a code for the wrong country then refused to refund it. Very poor business practices. Buyer beware!
It seems every big game that has pre-orders they have a 25% off deal for it. Service is good they have a very fast download client, but as most games are steam games they are downloaded there.
I got an already used key, and I thought I was scammed. I got a refund though and I'm willing to trust this store in the future.

I originally loved their website as they often have great deals on things. Around the time when Dead Island came out, I found their website and opted to purchase the game from them. Had no issues with getting my purchase redeemed and I was up and playing on the release day.
Over the years they've done time-exclusive sales, events, and even time-exclusive freebies on their website. However, they've always had trouble in communicating this to their audience. As a result, I would often miss opportunities simply because I didn't even know there were opportunities. Even having been opted into their emails, I would receive it delayed, and therefore by the time I was at a position to look into it given that it's usually coming to me when I am working, the time-exclusive item or sale was over.
As a result of this constant issue, I ultimate decided to stop using the platform. At some point I tried to opt-out of email communications, but their unsubscribe requires me to log into the account to opt-out, which should not be a thing. I should be able to opt-out from a button press. I tried to log in, but it seems my credentials were changed. I tried to reset my password, but it never works and I am never able to get into my account. I've tried to reach out to their support, but I either get told that I need to log into the account to unsubscribe or I get told to use the password reset, which doesn't work. I've asked them multiple times to stop sending me email, and at this point I have filed complaints with all of the relevant channels and have marked them as spam in my inbox. I still receive their emails after all of the effort trying not to, and it's disappointing to see them go down the spam route as they were a really great service. Still has good prices and maybe one day I will be interested in what they have to offer, but I would rather support channels that actually listen.
Edit: I've tried calling and emailing them to remove my subscription. I was actually told to end my life. Seeking legal options.
Edit 2: They are now committing illegal advertising practices by sending "order confirmations" as emails that are not order confirmations; a federal offense.
