I have ordered from Great glam for years and loved getting the dresses. I would order and knew probably within a week or two my clothes would be there. This year is totally different, they must have a new vendor and now I haven't gotten my outfit and its been almost a month. Great glam has become unreliable and I have spent a lot on the site. Don't put " 2-3 weeks" if you're going to send an e-mail after 3 weeks and say " We don't have a time on when this will be ready." This is so unacceptable and I am very disappointed.

I love great glam! I have been ordering from them for years. I have only ordered dresses, never anything else. I can tell you that every dress I have ever ordered has been exactly as pictured on the website- fits perfectly, is comfortable, and best of all- so affordable! I highly recommend great glam. It is a great place to buy a cute dress!

As I was reading some of these reviews and I am really surprised of the negative remarks. I have been ordering from Great Glam for almost 7-8 years. In all those years I might of returned 2 items because of the fit. Most of the outfits are exactly what you see on Great glam. The sizes are correct and the material is good. Whenever I wear any of the clothes from Great glam, I receive many compliments on how nice the outfit is. It's sad some of you had a bad experience, but I can say. I shop only at Great glam and would never trade them in for any online clothing store.

I used to love Great Glam. I received my orders very quickly. Returning items was easy. I will say you get what you pay for though. The items are cheap for a reason and hardly ever fit as they say. However, I still liked ordering. Then this year, 2 things happened. First of all, I can't check out. When I press continue, it just sends me to Google. I contacted them months ago about it, they still haven't fixed. And the second thing, Paypal accidently disputed a charge on my Great Glam order. I told them I didn't want to do that because I've always had great service and no problems. They said ok. Now Great Glam is refusing to let me order because of it. I told them I didn't do it, I offered to show them the email correspondence and even see if Paypal would contact them for me. The fact that I have been a loyal customer since 2011 apparently means nothing though. They don't believe me and I keep getting bounced around between customer reps and the problem is still not fixed. They have just lost a regular customer. I will shop somewhere that actually values a loyal customer.

OMG! GreatGlam is the Bomb! I am very please with all my orders! I have ordered 5 time in 4 months (Mar 2015 to Jun 2015) - Such great style and quality. I remember browsing GreatGlam about two years ago, when I found out about it in a forum, but at that time, I decided it was not for me - I thought the clothes were too revealing for my taste. But back in March of this year (2015) I was on Facebook and a GreatGlam ad, displaying the image of a sexy but classy dress, caught my attention, so I decided to have a second look. That is when I discovered the "Conservative, Yet Still Sexy" category - That's just what I wanted!

Prices are reasonable, processing time is good, shipping rates are good - I only wish there was shipment tracking, but apart from that, I am very pleased with my purchases at GreatGlam.

They look cute but you get what you pay for. Actually you get SIGNIFICANTLY LESS than what you pay for. I bought a dress from them recently, wore it for 5 minutes, and it COMPETENT STAINED my whole purse red! I contacted customer service and they just offered tor give me store credit so I could replace THE DRESS. Not to help replace my expensive purse or help make up for the situation. No they said here buy another one of those dresses on us so it can ruin more of your things. NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER SHOP HERE!

The clothing on this site is definitely cheap, but always remember that you get what you pay for. Don't expect to look like the stunning filtered models that you see on the site. Clothing material is cheaply made, and colors that appear bright on the site are quite dull once received. The sizes are seriously off and while you may be a small everywhere else, you will be medium to large with great glam clothing; and before anyone accuses me of attempting to fit in clothing I shouldn't be ( I am 120 pds). I would give this site a solid two. Also, don't fall for their " print a label to make returns easier ploy" you are not refunded shipping costs and if you choose to pay their ridiculous amount for their label, which you can do yourself, you wont have any money left. Go to the mall people, hit ebay or Amazon- I guarantee you will be more satisfied.

This is a horrible company. They send damaged items, bad returns policy, cheap... Poor customer service. Horrible, stay away from this company.

I shop online for all of my outfits and dresses... came to this site... it seems too good to be true... ordered 2 dresses from here, shipping is good. But when i got it... I was shocked at the material and how awefully thin it was. The size was totally off, the material was see through!. I damn threw them dresses away! Waste of money!
If you are trying to buy quality material dresses, please do not shop here... it is not worth it! If your not into quality and just love the style, look and how cheap it is, by all means... go ahead and waist your money!
