What is the point of this app

Im not sure why i went through with this. O just wanted to see how painful it was to order something. $15 markup is for what?! Nothing as far as i could tell. Ill save the money and time and just call the restraunt. You have a useless garbage service and ill never use it again.

I could have called several minutes ago but i wanted to see how long it took on this crappy app. It mot only takes forever but loses my info everytime i use it and need to enter my card info manually. It finds my credit card info in my iphone as im almost dobe manually entering. This app is junk and im sorry to hear my local restaurant prefers it.

The user interface makes sense and is easy to use. I like that I wasn't surprised with a bunch of fees at the end. I'll definitely use this over other ordering platforms!

Wrong Order Delivered

I ordered 3 pasta dishes from Grabull for Italian Brothers pizza in Citrus Heightsand 2 of the orders were substituted. One had the wrong sauce, one was meat (and should have been vegetarian). Owner said Grabull has items on their menu that they no longer carry and have requested them to be removed but no action. I will not be using Grabull again I will order directly from restaurant or through DoorDash.

Not what I expected

The order was delivered The order was left at our front door without any notification, so we didn't realize the food had arrived. By the time we discovered it, the food was cold. Because of the variety and the large size of the order, reheating everything was difficult, which resulted in a disappointing experience. In addition, two items were missing from the order.

Getting Better - Much Faster, Slicker

Previous order was clunky and that was about 2 years ago. This was much faster, page response was great, pop-ups were instant and easy to navigate. A much better experience. Glad that I used Grabull.

Little India sorely disappointed me

Despite giving my name THREE times to the counter service, we received the wrong order which was done way later then the app suggested and later then the time the service counter provided. They offered to throw in something free for the problems- as we had to go back to give back the wrong order they have us- and they have me one soda. Which was so insufficient. The counter service person clearly didn't have language and organizational skills needed for the job.
