My order was missing the two juices I ordered for my children and I immediately called the customer service number provided. The man who answered was in place that was very hard to hear him due to significant background noise and distraction. People talking, loud video game/tv and/ or outside noise that made both him and I hard to understand. He said he would call the store and put me on hold. He came back and said he'd have to call back to the store to talk to a manager for the refund. I informed him that I just actually wanted the drinks i ordered and not a refund. He said he'd call me back in a few mins. I did not get a phone call back for almost 2 hrs to inform me I was being refunded.

Checkboxes rather than radio buttons for spiciness level are wrong. Scroll behavior on menu is distracting. Payment form is hard to use (eg no spaces between each group of four CC numbers).

When I picked 15% tip, it showed up in total. When I confirmed, no tip shows, so I have to go down and leave a cash tip with doorman. Or worse, I'm being charged for the tip, but it's not showing and I'll leave double tip. This is the second time this has happened.

The site didn't like my address, but it didn't really say why. If "fixed" what was wrong, but the ordering site continued to say there was an issue even when there wasn't. I was going to abandon ordering from the company and order elsewhere, but somehow I finally got it to go through even with it still saying "error" (although there was none). In addition, I couldn't use a period or semicolon in comments about the order.

Lovely food

The food was ready in time. It was a very nice food experience. The curry was wonderful. It was very subtle and complex. The momos were excellent. Great food! Great service! And lovely friendly staff!
