I placed an order on Grabull for a restaurant across the street. It gave me an estimated wait time, and I went after the wait time had passed. It turns out that Grabull never informed the restaurant of my order and the owner showed me for himself that there's no notification when the order was placed on his end. He told me he would try to move away from Grabull as a platform, and still honored the order afterwards
