Despite giving my name THREE times to the counter service, we received the wrong order which was done way later then the app suggested and later then the time the service counter provided. They offered to throw in something free for the problems- as we had to go back to give back the wrong order they have us- and they have me one soda. Which was so insufficient. The counter service person clearly didn't have language and organizational skills needed for the job.

It was fine. The delivery itself took a couple of minutes. The driver acted nervous and wouldn't let me reenter my home with my order for an extended period of time. He was fiddling with an iPad about something. Weird but no big deal.

Driver didn't read the special instructions and therefore went to the wrong address. This happens over and over and is vary annoying. Make sure the drivers check the special instructions and go to the right address!

Driver did not read the special instructions that explained that there are three units with the same number, an East, a West and a 7th Street (mine is the East address) and went to the wrong address. Obviously it was because he didn't speak english, but his supervisor should have read the instructions and made sure that the food was delivered to the correct address!

Hard to use and can't use Apple pay. Please add more advance features and automatic fill. I had to find and grab a credit card.

I didn't appreciate that I had to look closer to see that the tax/fee included a service fee and then I was asked for additional tip. I'm all for tipping, but find that to be secretive. Unless otherwise noted, a service tip is the same as a tip. Hopefully the restaurant gives that service tip to their service staff, as they should..

Answer: Offers and the number of my local restaurants and their process of after order service, i get text on my order update and doordash postmates drivers are connected to them which means i use Grabull get delivery and discounts but other companies charge upto 18% service fees example Doordash
