Put my order in, but restaurant did not get the order until the time that I had scheduled to pick up the food. So, I had to wait about a half hour for the restaurant to prepare food.
Needs better phone layout. Input form for email doesn't tell browser it's going to be an email. This is low hanging fruit for programmers.

Ordered a pizza online that was never delivered. Pizza shop said Grabull told them it was a pickup order.
So, I tried to call Grabull support on the phone number pasted all over thier web site

So, its impossible to contact them and kiss your money goodbye.
Were trying to order from local pizza place and when I clicked online brought me to Grabull. Figured if a local place was using it, it's ok. WRONG. Food never showed up and when we called the restaurant they were actually closed that day. Had to call credit card to report fraudulent charge and you know how much legwork is involved in that. I can't believe this company hasn't been shut down. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THEM!
Multiple people have complained about fraudulent activity on their cards after using this company to order food. They are well aware of this fraud too but yet refuse to do anything about it. If you really and truly care about your card information then I highly advise not to use this company to order food.
Well i see there are couple of people who mentioned something like their commission but i researched they have over 2000 restaurants now and amazing star rating son app, they are better than other 3rd parties who are sucking so much from us based on commission marketing cost but these people do deals on 5% to 8% and no one mentioned that they do so much ads on google for you and so on facebook insta and really help a restaurant have more orders on board from them than others, infact restaurants should be endorsing them more. I love them for my 6 stores
I tried to order from what I thought was my local restaurant. It turns out Grabull had created a very similar domain (the restaurant name except with slight punctuation differences). They used the logo, address, and phone number of the restaurant but when you ordered it sent to a different restaurant.
I have twice ordered from Nirvana in Cambridge, MA. Great Indian restaurant that uses Grabull. BOTH times, I have had fraudulent activity on my credit card within hours. I did not attribute it to Grabull the first time, but the second - the pattern is incontrovertible.
I wanted to order some chinese food (Journey to the dumpling) for pickup when clicked order online i was taken to an order menu. I thought it was like chipotle ordering online, i didn't realize that i was taken to grabull. After i checked out and compare with the restaurant menu I realized that grabull increased the price of every menu item by at least $2 on a $8.95 item. So a markup of 20+%. This is for a pick up order!
Furthermore they charge a fee for using a credit card. In other words grabull is a RIPOFF.
The whole thing would have costed $30 now it became $40! So a markup of 30+%!
BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING ONLINE. SMALL RESTAURANTS DO NOT HAVE THEIR OWN ONLINE ORDERING. DO NOT USE GRABULL! ESPECIALLY FOR PICK UP. Why on earth would someone use online if they can call and get a cheaper price?
They charge almost double what the food cost at the actual restaurant and then change almost $5 for delivery fee. They are not at all helpful when there is an issue. I will Never
Use their service again!
I realized they act as a IT partner they handle so much for my restaurant marketing posts reputation and so cheap on cost i feel like giving more offers to customer direct. I get more orders from them and grubhub is going down in store saves me more commission i do recommend them to every restaurant its a perfect partnership
Still waiting. Ordered a sandwich, pizza, and salad an hour and 45 minutes ago. Had to make the kids sandwiches instead of our usual Christmas eve pizza lunch. Will never use Grabull again. I reached out for a refund and they said it was the restaurants fault. I called the restaurant and guess what? They were not busy. I believe the restaurant because I have always had positive experiences with them. Grabull? This is my first and last time using them.
An impossible online ordering system which, if you get through it, gets you drivers that just don't show up. If you like over paying for cold food that the restaurant has to put right at their expense, and getting zero response from customer service, then this is the company for you. Their own website info (which I wish I'd looked at first) is barely even intelligible. Their only positive app reviews are obvious insider reviews. This isn't a real company. It's a bunch of amateurs trying not very hard to do something a dozen companies are already doing well. Save yourself the hassle and use one of the many established online food ordering platforms.
GRABULL is the best and easiest way to order food. It helps me by not wasting a lot of time in queues in the restaurants. It is a very safe and convenient way to get food during busy hours and they deliver meals on time. Very nice service they have.

Answer: Offers and the number of my local restaurants and their process of after order service, i get text on my order update and doordash postmates drivers are connected to them which means i use Grabull get delivery and discounts but other companies charge upto 18% service fees example Doordash
