Order expired just after I created an account, had to reload cart and re-enter credit card info. That didn't take too long and otherwise the ordering worked well.

I have used Grabull many times without issue. This time it took 2 hrs from the time I ordered to the time I received my delivery. I'm not sure where the breakdown was, but it wasn't a pleasant experience. So now I will think harder about using this platform to order again.
Got there. Door locked. No one visible. Called when got back home. Told no pts open, food ready. Went back. They had forgotten to unlock door.
