I ordered several items to be picked up. I waiting the 20 minutes like the app said and when I get there they have no idea what I'm talking about. Said they never received an order. Had to give them my confirmation number and they started making the order. That was the whole point of ordering online. Had to wait another 20 monto get my food. Didn't even offer a discount or anything. Then for the curry, they only have like 5 little pieces of meat in each container.
Easy enough. Ordered food. Food showed up. Food got eaten.

Eventually, I set up an account, which I'm sure was the site's goal, but doesn't make me look favorably on this service. I reward crappy customer service by avoiding the service as much as possible and will do my best not to use Grabull in the future.
