The UI is janky, it's not optimized for mobile at all. Then requiring feedback before a 1-2 star may be submitted is weird, then mandating it be at least 50 characters is a clear barrier to entry for bad reviews
We placed the order online and then picked it up from the restaurant.
Website was easy, delivery person texted upon arrival and delivery was quick~

Ordered two times before. Both were delivered promptly and politely.
The grabull webpage kept taking me to checkout instead of allowing me to edit the items in my cart/ choose between everything.
Great exp. But after a few orders of great pizza it would be great to have rewards program or loyalty discount for repeat orders. To be honest, pizza here is much more expensive then small piza in cheap location, but come back for the quality and taste. If reward program would be very good. Thanks you

There is a fee that was not disclosed until after I ordered. This feels like it should be illegal.
