Both the app and mobile website were broken - the app wouldn't let me select a credit card expiration date (screen selection was all white) and the mobile version of the website (on Edge) kept emptying the cart. VERY frustrating.

Angelina's previous online ordering system was much better than this new one - there were far more options for individual items and it was a better interface which saved my personal information (address, CC numbers, etc.).

I was redirected tothe Grabull website when trying yo place a takeoutorder. Next time I will call it in directly. It's very confusing to add gratuity and make people change or remove it. I kept wondering why my bill was so high. The prices were listed incorrectly, so I was unaware there were extra charges for sauces. I therefore got charged for two separate transactions. Grabull has prices listed incorrectly.

SUPERB DELIVERY SERVICE

DELIVERY PERSON WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND EXPECTATIONS
I'M WHEELCHAIR BOUND, AND FRONT DOOR WAS ACCIDENTLY LOCKED. HE WENT TO THE BACK DOOR, REQUIRING COMPLEX OPENING OF A FENCE! I'M VERY GRATEFUL.

First time with grabull

We ordered Pizza, onion rings and chicken tenders from a local restaurant. Delivered by grabull. Our food was luke warm-cold upon arrival. We met the delivery outside of our building, it was raining. I think next time I might as well go and pick it up. Similar to Uber eats and door dash is my opinion. Cheaper delivery fees, but food is still cold upon arrival.

The sub I got was not made what I ordered, paid for lettuce tomato mayo and toasted. Sub was dry and barley even had cheese pretty sure it was a small to.

Pretty straight forward but it did say we qualified for a discount (5% off $45+) but there was no way to apply the coupon. Minus 1 star for that.

It worked out

It said the delivery would come within 50 minutes. I had an hour snd ten minutes so ordered. But I guess it is 50 minutes from confirmation from the restaurant? Anyway, I was literally outside leaving when the nice driver arrived and the food was good.

Ordering is smooth. I like that you can print the order at the end, and that there is a space on each item for special instructions. But I don't think you should add a tip by default for a takeout order. Some people might not notice and pay and later regret it
