A little sketchy with account creation and credit card input
They were super busy that day, they ended up giving me the wrong kind of noodle. Mistakes happen. I called and they apologized and exchanged the noodles for the right ones.I drove back to get them and they gave me some cucumbers as well. I enjoy their spicy house ramen! Yum!

The tip I selected didn't add to my order, this has happened before and is an inconvenience because now I have to go get cash to tip the delivery driver when they arrive. The point of delivery is so I don't have to leave my home. I will likely go back to grubhub as that issue doesn't occur.

I ordered Mexican from fajitas. When I got there to pick up the food they told me they didn't have papusas. Nobody called me or tried to reach out. Didn't give me a refund either. I will not be ordering from that restaraunt or using Grabull again.

Answer: Offers and the number of my local restaurants and their process of after order service, i get text on my order update and doordash postmates drivers are connected to them which means i use Grabull get delivery and discounts but other companies charge upto 18% service fees example Doordash
