Found the form I needed, filled it out. There were three delivery options, one was for 60 minutes. Due to the fact that I need the form today, the 60 minute delivery was my choice. I did receive it on time!
Please, do not ask this company to help you, they are money hungry at best. All you have to do is to contact your local Social Security Office (google the address and telephone number) request by them that you want to order your Social Security Card and you want to do it my mail. Your local Social Security Office will help you and guide you along the way. Mail your important documents and the social security card application, and they will mail everything back to you for FREE. A social security card is FREE. Do not ask this company to help you, they will charge you $97.00 for no work at all. Pleas listen to me.

You can get the same type of response directly from the IRS for free. GovSimplified is sneaky and would not honor their customer promise. I already had an EIN but could not remember, I mistakenly used their site thinking it was IRS'. They promised they could have an IRS verification letter for me within 24 hours for $197. The letter had the wrong EIN. I called the IRS, they were transparent and gave me the EIN right away and mailed me the verification letter. GovSimplified only refunded 50% because they said it was their return policy if you cancel 1 day later. Save yourself $197.
Had a great experience. If I had to do it all over again I wouldnt change anything. The website was very simple. I thought I would have to call in to ask questions and everything was right there for me with no unanswered questions.
I was led to believe that I would receive the form I need to deposit a check to the estate account. Can you e-mail the confirmation because the bank says it needs the actual confirmation, not just the number, before they can set up account? I paid your fee because I did not want to wait the 4 weeks. If you cannot e-mail me the confirmation, I paid your fee for nothing.

As most we live busy lives. This website was to save time and a trip down to the Social Security office. Talked with a representative even thinking this would be better (Diana Bell) Paid $97 when its FREE people! Just for me to still have to Fill in information. And then still proceed down to Social Security with Evidence of Identity (Drivers Lic, Passport etc) No copies excepted through the mail. Go early and just wait on the line.
I wish I knew the Woman that helped me. She was very friendly and helped me a lot. I do know that I talked to her around noon on 1-11-16 and she was a teacher. I don't know more than that but she was GREAT!
This site is a rip off. The packet they provide is the same packet you can get from the ss administration. It also states with one of their packages that you can go to govsimplified.com/status to track your package, but the site is not working. Also, the tracking is for tracking the FedEx to get to you with the completed application and to track it back to the ss office. You can't track the application status once it gets to ss office. Let me say it again - RIP OFF

I paid 100 to have my social security card remade. Evidently, after 7 days, your plan expires and they won't refund for an address correction. So dumb. Terrible service
All this company does is send you a FedEx package for you to send to Social Security. They used the wrong address on my label. Now someone has my documents and I have talked to five people. I talked to Oliver Varkers after talking to Khadijah after Mack Nadine and after three other people. Khadijah said no one by the name of Mack Nadine worked there! Funny I had three calls with the guy! Nobody will give you a straight answer. SocIal security says this company is a scam. DO NOT USE.
The process for this application was pretty straight forward, but after completing the form and submitting it, I noticed that a Third Party was added to the form. I did not notice that this happened, and I did not desire this to happen.
