I needed to get a EIN for my company. I paid extra to get it in one day. They came back and needed a copy of my articles of incorporation. I faxed it to them and then got an email stating it would now take longer. I called them up to get a refund of the extra amount I paid, they declined and when I wanted to cancel the order they said I would get only have of what I paid. When I told them I should get a refund of the extra amount, they said no, because they had to still do the same work, when I asked them are they doing anymore work than the normal fee would be, they reply no. They are liars, and scammer. DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL. It has been 6 working day and still no EIN number and once again they have lied I was assured I would have it 6 working days NOPE NOT YET

I did not receive help, not even a blank form that I can pick up or order from my local social security office. Just a charge for $37.00 which I am having removed by my bank as a fraud charge.

It was okay to get my EIN but I didn't know that I could get it on the IRS website for free by filling out the forms myself. I thought this was the government website to fill out the form and didn't realize that you are a private company. I think it would be fair to advertise that your company can fill out the form and get the EIN for a fee but if you can do it yourself here is the web address of the IRS.

There is NO fee for filing for a social security card when applying directly to the Social Security Administration. You can not order a new or replacement copy of a social security card online. Photo I.D. is required for a reason. You can not get a social security card without speaking to a representative in person.
The only thing GovSimplified sends you are copies of paperwork required for obtaining a social security card. GUESS WHAT?! You can get all of these same required papers at your social security office and they don't cost a thing. They are FREE. You're going to have to go there in person, regardless. Why pay for something that is entirely free. Unless you write at two words per minute, save your $29, $49, or $129 for something else. But, if wasting money turns you on-go for it!
GovSimplified targets people stuck on the lower end of the bell curve. Don't be one of them. Not that I believe any of these good reviews are legitimate, but, if you are satisfied with what you have paid for, you are clearly the laziest walking void on the planet.

I believed I was on a Government website. When I got to the fees, I incorrectly assumed that there was an upcharge for expedited service as there is with Passports. I didn't realize that the Federal Government will issue a EIN (tax ID number) at no charge. I didn't need my ID number in a hurry, so I opted for the regular service. I was amazed when I got an email with my number only hours later, at a cost of $129.00! When I opened the email, I realized that it was not from the IRS, but from an agency (GovSimplified) There was also someone I had never heard of, listed as my 3rd party designee. I don't know who this employee is, or why his name is on my application, but I hope that some unknown entity having my SSN# is not going to cause problems later on. I have called them and asked for his name to be removed and the form SS-4 to be resent. I will also file a claim with my credit card company for the fee.

This designee is only for the purposes for processing your EIN on the given date and is null and void after the application is processed and the EIN obtained. You will receive an official confirmation document in the mail within 2-3 weeks this document will not have a third party designee's name on it and you will need to keep this document for your official records.
