Did not repeat himself or did not make it clear. When Mr. Kauffman said start today, he was answering line 11 - date business started or expected. Mr Kauffman did not even understand I hour or 1 day. Did Mr. Porter really review in detail exactly what time frame he was using? For a special needs case and a special needs family, this whole event is hard to accept. Of course you have their $149 [understand a reduced rate lower than waiting 3-7 days to get a number]. When Mr Kauffman told you he did not have an email address did you not realize Mr. Porter that Kauffman was computer elliterite (sp), and Amish community use no technology equipment. This case is really sad to think $149 it cost to get a number for a very sick boys case of hospital bills. And to think you could not have also explained and even make it known that going directly thru the IRS is NO FEES to get an EIN #. Think about it please and see if you can further reduce the fee you charged.
