Customer service is dead

Absolutely no customer service at all. Tried email, text and phone calls. Do not take the chance that your order will go well. I bought a computer part and suddenly the website said it was out of stock. I got charged anyway and could not cancel my order. My only recourse is to dispute the charge with my bank. I doubt there's a single veteran working there.

Secondly, we're back with phone support in 2023, in addition to a top-notch chat support team. And yes, all of our support staff is based right here in the USA.

Stay Away from this site

Made a purchase. Within 3 minutes of making purchase, received email stating item was out of stock. Long story short, I ended up filing a complaint with my credit card company. The credit card company refunded my total payment. Not a conditional refund, a total refund within 5 minutes of me contacting them. Credit Card company will either eat the charge, or get their money back from GoVets. Just not a good company to do any business with.

Typically, our platform is updated in real-time to ensure product availability aligns with what is advertised. It appears that in your case, there was an oversight or a delay in the system updating the availability of the seat cushion.

Took the money immediately but did Not ship the product.
After 10 days I inquire about my order. I had being told they are out of stock( STILL ADVERTISED TO BUY NOW!) and reimbursed my purchase.
Is this a serious business or just money transaction with no interest paid?

Great Company - I purchased several NOCO chargers a few months ago and they were delivered within a couple of days. I'm very happy with my purchase and have returned to make additional orders since that time. Great customer service and fast response.

I had a question about my order and reached out and the support Agent (I believe Laura) responded quickly to my ticket submission. I'm able to login to my account on GoVets with the following URL (https://www.govets.com/customer/account/) to view the status of my orders. They also have a Help page where I was able to get in touch with the Chat Support team.

I would return because I am not part of the GoVets Medallion Program, which now gives me additional coupon codes that I can use towards future purchases. I am only a Bronze Member now, but it looks like they have some pretty cool Loyalty benefits that would keep customers coming back: https://www.govets.com/govets-medallion-program

I am an engineer and I work on the Space Coast of Florida. I used this charger as a trickle charger for my Trolling Motor battery for my boat!

Scam company

I order Mobile Stacker & Lift Accessories MPN:******* they tell me waiting 3 months, after that they send me apart of mobile stacker not same the picture they show in website, they charge me $254.38, wtf i can not use that apart, i contact them for return, they don't support label or anything for return, i come ups for return the apart item they send me weight 35lb UPs charge fee $175 when return that item ( im not sure govet money back for me $254.38 when they receive or they take item and never money back for me. They scam be carful

After looking into your order (000354258), we see that you reached out to us on 7/26 to return the item. On 8/9/23 we sent you the return details (where to send it back and an RA#). We emailed you again on 8/15/23 and 8/22/23 asking if this had been sent back yet and there was no response from you.

We work very hard getting returns completed in a timely matter, but it does require communication from the customer, too. Please reach out to customer service as soon as possible with the return tracking details from UPS so we can get this completed for you.
