There are several ways to track your order: Option 1) Login to your GoVets.com account (https://www.govets.com/customer/account/login/), go to Orders, and click on the order of interest. You will then be able to review the Order status, tracking information once it has shipped, or any other details regarding the other. If our support team has added any comments to your order, you will be able to see them in your order. Option 2) Go to GoVets.com/Help - Select the Chat option and reach out to our support team. If you know the Zip code for your order, you can enter the zip code and the order details and our automated assistant will provide you an automatic update for your order without needing to communicate with a live agent. At any time, if you want to speak with a live agent, just type... you guessed it... "live agent", and one of our support agents will help you with your order. If this is after hours, you can also submit a request, that will turn into a Ticket and our support team will respond via email as long as you enter the correct email address (submitting an order or a ticket with a bad email address is actually a common problem - so be aware!:-) Option 3) Go to GoVets.com/Help - Select Ticket (Email), fill out the form, and click on Submit. An Agent will review your request and respond shortly. Option 4) Call our support team at 1-866-321-6321 during regular business hours (9am-5pm ET). Take care, - GoVets Support
