Have been looking for this filter off and on for more than a year - assuming I receive the expected product, I will be a returning customer. Update: product received was what I expected and timing for the delivery was as advertised. Will use Gordon again as opportunities allow. Thanks

So far so good. I received my purchase on time and it was well packaged. Ordering was easy as well as the check out process. It was exactly as described and easy to install. No issues from me and would recommend Gordon Electric for your electrical needs. I am well satisfied.

Very easy to order. User friendly website - I like that! I tried ordering the same part from another supplier and after a month I still did not have my part. First they sent it to California and then it was going to take two weeks to get it from the manufacturer and the story just went on and on. You guys were soooo quick - I loved it!

Web site is easy to use. I quickly found the product I was looking for and placing my order was very straight forward. Based on UPS data as to when the order was actually shipped, the timing was what I had expected.

The site was easy to use and had the best prices. Order was received within the quoted time frame. I would definitely use this site for needed purchases in the future. The product received was exactly what I needed and saved me from having to buy a whole new expensive bathroom fan.

I entered a coupon code in the coupon code field. It was not acknowledged one way or the other.
The switch is listed as illuminated but the light is too faint to see, barely perceptible. Not nearly worth the price I paid.

Very easy to sign in and follow instructions.
One of the switches didn't work but I called customer service and the person was very prompt to help me.
He will be sending one to replace the one that didn't work. It will take a week to get it. I am very please with the order.

For a company to sell on the internet and take 22 days from placement of order to the delivery of the item(s) to the buyer is awful. Doubt that I would buy from them again because of the long delivery time. I will say though that the item I ordered was exactly what I wanted/needed.

Although mine was a small order, I was treated by everyone as if I was your most important customer. I will certainly be returning for future orders and will spread the word about your great customer service.

I have now received my heater. I works GREAT! I am very satisfied with this product. It heats wonderfully. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a nice space heater.

I ordered my part on June 1,2015 and received the part on June 15,2015. Way too long for a small order. It shipped 3 days after the estimated ship date on the order and I don't think it would have shipped then if I had not called customer service to check on the order.

It was very quick and easy to order the needed item, and since I needed it right away I appreciated the option for expedited shipping. The item was identified for me by another person - all I needed to do was order - so I really can't comment on the ease of finding what I needed. But the ordering process was easy and it arrived very quickly.

It would be helpful to have an item description and picture as I can only go by the part no. To order this. It says it may not be returnable.? It is difficult to be sure this is the correct one without additional information.

Wish you had shipped the right part the first time! My guy was on premises when the wrong one arrived, but he was gone by the time I got the right one. Now I'm trying to get him back to do this one thing.

Other than creating a account, which was a pain, I am pleased with my experience.
The time interval from the time I placed the order till it was shipped was rediculas. The parts were supposed to be in stock, but still took over eleven (11) days to ship. Once shipped I got the fast. Thanks Tom

My order was processed, and shipped in a timely manner. I received it complete and no defects. The customer service was prompt and efficient, and the email conformations and ship notifications were extremely helpful.

This is my first time and it was good so far.
I got all of my order. It was nice to get a email that it has shipped and the delivery date. It was good that I called about some changes that would make it better to get my order. Over all it was a good experience and I will use you again.

I received Confirmation of my previous order via email on Wed, Sept 19th at 3:45. I replied at 4:15 and asked the the order be held because my gov't client was reviewing the floor boxes (Hubbell is discontinuing this product). I called today to release and add an additional 5 to my order and unfortunately I was told it shipped out today. Bottom line, my request was ignored. Only $10.30 for additional S&H so no real big deal.
