I called the "Product Questions" number and talked to someone in sales and was treated rather gruffly. That put a kind of bitter taste in my mouth, but I appreciate that you have the product I was looking for and will sell me a small quantity of it. I also like that you come up when I search using Google. So thank you!

The baffles fit and do what they need to do. I had to file down the aluminum a little for 3 of the 4, so that I could get the non-VuLite brand can light attachments to clip in, but in the end it is a snug fit and looks great. Thank you!

I was called by Gordon Electric because their delivery time (they thought) was going to be delayed, when in fact, the material was delivered quickly. They were considerate by giving us the choice of cancelling our order because of delivery time. I did not cancel & the material arrived in great condition.

With order confirmation, i have no idea when materials will be shipped, back order status, or split shipments.
This would be most helpful to know. If i would have known this information it would have saved me a call to customer service., which in this case, was a split shipment.

It is supposed to fit the Halo body I have but I need to cut some of the item and it is not as described in the product. Now have to hire an electrician to make this work...which means more money for me.

I only wish other vendors/suppliers could follow the motto of Gordon Electric Supply.
I placed my order in the afternoon it was quickly processed that same day and shipped the following morning
Arriving in ALASKA 2days later which for us is lightning fast. I placed several orders with these guys and

I wasn't able to see a spec sheet on this product, so am going off the picture. I tried calling Gordon Electric to get more info., however they were unable to provide any information. I was told to call the manufacturer directly, but was put on hold for over 30 min. Before I finally hung up. The price seems good and I believe the light is what I have been searching for. Hopefully the product meets my expectations.
Update: I received my order in a timely fashion. Out of the box it is beautiful and what I was expecting. This is a gift, so hopefully the receiver is as pleased as I am.

I was able to find the exact part I needed to complete my scope of work at a reasonable price. Great resource site to find those items that our local electrical distributers tend not to carry. I am definitely adding this site to my favorites bar for future use.

I was unable to find grey switches in any store other than heavy duty switches which were difficult to flip back and forth. Found them here and at a fantastic price...A tually less than others of basic colors in the stores.
Just wish I could get grey recepticles also on the same site.

You were the only source that would ship via 2 day air. Thanks! I had to follow-up to receive a credit promised since it was shipped via UPS Ground when I asked and paid for premium 2 day air. Credit was issued once I sent the follow-up.

Nice website...

Nice website... needs to be optimized for Safari on mac though, as the shopping cart has no checkout buttons (Yikes!) not good for business. I had to sign into my account from a different browser in order to checkout. Not many people would go that far, and would just leave and shop elsewhere. Products were good, but there is an inconsistency on what it says in some listings, on the bag, in the instructions and what the product can actually be adjusted to. Both products can be set to 5/8,7/8 and 1-3/8", as shown in the instructions, but it states differently on the bag as well as on the company's own website. This needs to be updated to avoid unnecessary confusion.

Ordering was easy
August 14, 2020

Ordering was easy. The problem was 1 item was out of stock and the whole order was being held pending the receipt of the 1 item. I had to call to find this out, no notice was sent. Gordon's was happy to ship a partial and follow up when the back ordered item came in, which they did...after I called. My entire order has been received.

Shipping was a little slow, but price and product were great. Great place to shop and save a little money, as long as you don't need it right away. I placed my order on 1-4-2014 and it got shipped on 1-21-2014 and I received it on 1-23-2014. But the order, and product was perfect. Thanks Gordon's

The UPS charges that are quoted are not correct. They are at least doubled. Very dissatisfied with that, as
I am a wholesaler and I quote prices based on what I am given. Not sure I will use you again.

Selection of products is great. They failed to tell me that the items were back ordered, even after I emailed them to ask the status of my order. I ordered the product on 10/22 and received the merchandise on 11/06.

My shopping experience with gordonelectricsupply.com was excellent. I was looking for unusual glass shades for outdated wall sconces and found some there at a reasonable price. The description and picture were accurate so I knew they would fit. My email questions about shipping and estimated arrival were answered promptly. They shipped them on the day they said they would and the shades arrived the next day. I am a satisfied customer.
