Fleetwood Digital had exactly what I was looking for. Accurate pictures and description of the item was found on their website. The price was very reasonable and it just so happened they were offering free shipping at the time. Checkout was a also a breeze; PayPal was offered as a payment option. Delivery of the item was very quick.
The radio came one day early from the projected date. For the money I paid, my Baofeng UV-82 sure is a very solid radio and has permitted me to hit the local repeater in my area of town. It has a very clear audio and is a good starter radio for a new ham operator which I am. However, I will soon be replacing the stock antenna with something better because I do find it a bit lacking. Apart from that, it is great!
Reasonably good delivery time considering I ordered something in the beginning of a 3 day long stat holiday. BUT the item was a bit rougher in condition, as I believed it to be, BUT it was a used item, so I should have asked a few more questions. It works, so all good. Tnx.

The best on-line retailer on the face of the earth! Not only a great guy, Bill bends over backwards to satisfy his customers. Goes to local swap meets, when all the other retails won't bother. Always an interesting line of Asian products in his inventory and if you are looking for something unique, he'll try and find it. No one comes close to level of service from Fleetwood Digital.
I was looking for a really good price on a scanner and found it at Fleetwood Digital, so I went ahead and ordered. I found that Fleetwood Digital has one of the best online ordering systems I've ever seen... even easier to use than the mighty Amazon. They also sent me emails with all my shipping reports so I knew exactly when my scanner would be arriving. Post-purchase Bill very kindly advised me about some accessories, demonstrating his keenness to provide good quality customer support. I could hardly be more pleased.
Bill is very informative when you place an order. This is my first order with Fleetwood, but I know I'll come back for another product in the future. It's like they say, you only get one chance to make a first impression. Bill impressed me with his super fast email replies!

Wanted a swr meter for my new cobra setup, ordered through the net and picked it up from bill four days later, I then found I needed a coax cable for setup, emailed bill and ordered the cable and he had me pick it up the next day, great service and fair pricing on all items, I know with everyone having/needing fancy smancy cel phones cb and ham radios have taken a back seat, its nice for a company such as fleetwood to carry the mantle of service for us oldsters.
Great Experience! Only place in the country I could find the radio I wanted! Only complaint was that they seemed to ignore my pre-sales inquiry email before I bought; almost a month has passed and no reply!

The site is fairly easy to navigate, wide variety of products. My order was dealt with promptly and arrived in good condition a day faster than advised. To date all my purchases have been dealt with in a manner that will keep me coming back.
Fleetwood filled and processed my order quickly. The equipment was as it was described and is an excellent deal. These radios will work for APRS or whatever else I was going to do, and are better bought this way than taking a complete radio and not using the charger, battery and antenna for for a tracker.
Bill's customer service is the best. He's the only supplier that comes to all the swap meets [or special functions] all the time. There isn't anyone else who carries as many accessories for the radios as Fleetwood. I've been a customer since Bill started Fleetwood and I have always been happy doing business with him. I highly recommend Bill and Fleetwood Digital.
Ordering and paying was painless. I ordered 2 Keychain UHF radios to use while doing tower work and just as an "Amateur Radio" conversation starter. Once ordered, Fleetwood told me they had received the order, told me when it shipped and provided tracking information which was 100% accurate. I received my items when expected. I will purchase from them again. Soon.
Wonderful pre-sales experience. Really appreciate the time spent with me. After sales not quite what it should have been. No shipping info, no tracking number so no idea when they would come. Radios not configured for local repeaters (contrary to the web site) but otherwise everything included as it should have been. BTW, the wouxun software is atrocious!

Fast shipping, lowest prices around, and still a local business to me. It'd be nice if I could come in person to shop (I live 5 minutes from Fleetwood), but the shipping is cheap and fast either way, and I will be coming back to buy all my other radio equipment in the future.
First time customer at Fleetwood and buying Baofeng brand, very pleased with product selection and price, Will the radios withstand day to day use and abuse? Time will tell, although generally most worldwide net reviews show happy customers! Price to Quality ratio is very high, and I would tend to agree.

Ever wonder how Fleetwood Digital Products came to be?
One day I was at a friends house. She had just purchased an iPod Touch and loved it. Thought it was the best MP3/Gaming device she had ever owned. However with her long fingernails the capacitive touch screen was a bit of an issue for her.
A few weeks later she showed me a stylus she ordered from a seller on eBay. As no one in town sold them that was her only option. The stylus allowed her to navigate the touch screen with ease. No longer were her long fingernails an issue. She also showed me a leather case she purchased at the same time for $10. All the local stores wanted $30 to $40 for a similar case. Recognizing a market for the stylus I promptly imported 10 and began selling them. A week later I had to order more stock, and slowly expanded into other accessories.
For the next year I continued adding new and exciting accessories branching out into hardware devices. I was one of the first to offer Android Tablets and even had some models branded with the Fleetwood Logo. Being an Amateur Radio operator I was tasked at helping Icom demonstrate their new technology, D-Star, at a local event. The overall event was a success, however some left disappointed at the selection of radios that were available for purchase.
With that in mind I quickly began researching two way radios and the Quansheng TG-UV2 became my first offering. Within a month I had radios from 3 different manufactures in stock and the accessories to complement them. The first radio sold even before it arrived, same for the second. At this point I knew I had found a niche. Although the iPhone gear still sold well, the radios were quickly beginning to account for more sales.
Over time the iPhone accessories were fazed out in favor of the radio gear. Today, Fleetwood Digital Products has become a go-to source for many Amateur Radio enthusiast and recreational radio users. Fleetwood Digital Products stocks one of the largest inventories of Wouxun & TYT Chinese radios and accessories in Western Canada.
