Yes the UV-5R triband hand held works perfectly. I wanted some thing with the 222 MHz band and this unit has it. I did have a hard time with the software and programming cable. It would not show a driver to use in windows 10. So I used my Ubuntu machine and it all worked ok. Great radio at a great price.

I contacted the company to purchase a part for my sdr radio scanner. Being new to the scanner i was unsure of the part i needed. Long story short i was able to purchase the part and had it within a few days. Works great.

I am looking for a basic hand held ham radio. The discriptions given are very detailed. For some of the units, there is even a short video to watch. For me it is a case of sorting out the wants and needs and try to keep within my budget.

I sent an email with some questions. And I made a phone call to them and no answer to the email and no voicemail. They seem to be very weak in customer support in my experience so far.

Been looking around for a vhf antenna for a customers gravel truck. Ordered 2 times from 2 other sources, 1 was not what I ordered, the other wasn't what was described. I found what I wanted with Fleetwood, ordered online, and a few days later, the antenna arrived. It was in 1 piece, it was what I ordered, now everybody is happy.

Ordering was easy. Packaging excellent. Product as specified. My only question:
When charging with the battery attached to the radio the green charge light does not appear. If charging just the battery it does show the green light.

Am very happy with the price and the quality of the items, another very likeable payment option is Paypal, I just love this method of payment due to the fact Paypal does not give the supplier you credit card specs
