Seller cancelled the order stating that the advertising clarified he does not ship to PR. It was corrrect but he acted with poor customer care. Little flexible seller. Never offered me to pay for shipping costs.
Great prices, inexpensive and very fast shipping, and excellent after - sales service and support. Bill really knows his stuff and is happy to share. I usually expect to pay extra when I need advice and information, but the prices were very competitive and the service was free! Will definitely recommend to others.
My husband has not been able to get the radio to work properly. He says the charger module is not working. He has measured the voltage from the radio battery and from the charger plug and it is low; supposed to have 7 volts but only has 1.5.
Can he return it? What is the best way?

I sent an email with some questions. And I made a phone call to them and no answer to the email and no voicemail. They seem to be very weak in customer support in my experience so far.

Ordered this telescoping antenna (for my Yaesu FT-60) on March 27th. It's now April 13th and still no sign of the antenna. I have about 10 EmComm operations scheduled this year and I thought this antenna would be useful.
Was it sent or something fell through the "cracks?"

I placed my order on-line, received confirmation quickly and soon after received my mailing notification. Everything arrived, on the day specified, order complete and undamaged. There was correspondence over the programming software, and I was able to program my radio successfully. I am pleased with this transaction and would deal with Fleetwood again.

I was very satisfied with the experience of buying on-line from Fleetwood Digital. The company kept me well informed on the status of my order via email. The only tiny negative (and it didn't really have anything to do with Fleetwood) was with Canada Post -- I thought expedited package delivery which cost more than the simple "wait & see if it gets here" service should have gotten the package to us a little earlier. We pickup at a semi-rural community post box, so maybe that was it.

The information on the tri-fold card is useful, easy to read, and the card is nicely compact. My only complaint is with the thin lamination, the way it was cut, and the lack of care taken to fold the card.
The thin lamination makes the card feel a little cheaper than I'd like, as it's a card that lives in my go bag, and gets used. It feels like it won't hold up. Time will tell.
The card was obviously a larger sheet, and then cut to size - meaning that the edges are not sealed. If moisture gets the edge of the card, it will likely whick into the paper under the laminate, making a mess.
Lastly, and I'm probably nit-picking here, but when they folded the card prior to sending it, they didn't fold it straight. A small detail, but it speaks to a lack of care. Kinda bugged me.
Bottom line: I would still recommend these to radio owners. Good product regardless, just could use a little extra love. ;)

I purchased a hand held radio from another company but while vacationing in Canada I require parts for my radio which I was able to get from Fleetwood Digital. The parts were needed so that I could add canadian ham radio frequencies to the radio. I received the parts this morning so don't have them installed yet, but they appear to be the right ones.
