One box was pretty beat up and the filters inside we're OK but They look like they had been banged up quite a bit in the plastic covering. When you put your hands on it you want to go wash your hands so I think they've either been in the warehouse for a long time or they got pretty beat up in transit. When I take the plastic off I'm little worried that there may be some charcoal dust? This is the reason I had to bump you down to four stars my whole other experience with your company was good and your follow up is good so I was quite surprised with the quality of one of the packages. The other one was fine.
I am very pleased to receive the correct lense for my NuTone stove fan. I had ordered one through Amazon and they sent one which did not fit (it had two phalanges, one on each side, instead of the single long phalange on this one). I had excellent, and time consuming, help from a young lady clerk at Brighter Homes, a lighting store in Eugene, who tracked the right one down for me. The correct model number was available to the Amazon order as well as the to the local store.
The one sent through Amazon, was not only a non-fit, but they sent it without packing, it miraculously arrived unbroken in a thin gray plastic sack, so popular now with shippers. Yours was carefully packed and boxed. Thank you.

I am so lucky to have found you. I wanted this power strip, found it at Home Depot but they had store pick up only. I had a terrible time finding delivery until I found you. I am not able to get out very often and depend on delivery. Thank you so much.
Had a difficult time finding my filter until I found your business. The first filter was bent to fit in the box. I called customer service and reported the damaged filter. The young lady was very helpful and immediately processed a replacement. The replacement came to day and all is well. Thank you!

I ordered them 3 weeks early, and I received them just in the nick of time for my project...
However I would have preferred to get them overnight, or 2nd day air...
When I tried to order on line I had some issues with my credit card zip code mismatch for an unknown reason, I contacted your customer service who got right back to me with what you saw as the problem paying for the product. You suggested I contact the credit card company and there I found the problem. Got the card corrected and re-inputted my order and the response from you with a email followup was appreciated. The price of the switches I bought was fair and not everyone carries the odd ball switch and I have installed and am enjoying and using my product. Thanks
Called to see if item was backordered as indicated in receipt and rep was very courteous and helpful. Item actually arrived earlier than expected. I believe B/O actually meant they had to get it straight from the manufacturer but they promptly mailed it to me without delay.
Tried to find replacement panel cover and either couldn't find the right one or the price was higher than others. Finally found the right part and at a great price! Order was processed quickly and arrived within a few business days. I would recommend Gordon Electric Supply and will use them again in the future.
Order entry trouble last night. Site did not give order confirmation after order entry, so I don't know if I've made a duplicate order. After placing the order, I was asked to login or proceed without an account, and the order process started from the beginning.
I had problems with the site in which after entering my shipping address information to check out as a guest the site would send me to a login page instead of order review and also did it a few times after pressing submit order, making me to go back in to view my cart and restart the checkout process. It took me many tries to finish the order and checkout process.
My experience with Gordon Electric was great. I was having difficulty finding the particular item I needed from others and I tried Gordon E and they had it available. Shipping was very timely and we missed no time on the install.
One of the few places I have found anywhere that allowed me to purchase the product online. Not on Amazon, eBay or even the manufacturer's website. Very happy I found the item I wanted and it was available for purchase online.

It took a few extra days for you to actually ship it from the date my the order, but there was no urgency, so everything was fine, as expected, given the national circumstances.

I really don't have time for commentary. I tried to respond to this email because (I assumed) that there was an accounting reason for you to ask if my order was received. The fact that I'm forced to comment before this transaction is complete is annoying. I have been completely satisfied with my experience with your company until this survey. It's the only thing about htis transaction that has been a hassle.
Product was ordered on Jan 23. Online description stated 'usually ships in 5-7 days.' Charges posted to my credit card on Jan 23. On Feb 4 I emailed a status update request but it was never answered. Product shipped Feb 6 and I received it on Feb 8.
Answer: They offer refunds but will scam you of your time -- they put literally every electrical part to ever exist on their website and sell it to you... then they try and order it from the manufacturer. They sell you items that they don't have.
