The ordering from the website was fairly straight forward, could be faster if less typing, such as, a check box if the shipping address and the billing address were the same. Other than that, its pretty fast!
Items were as described. Shipping was slow and there was no explanation for the delay until I emailed them and asked. I did receive a timely reply to my question and the items arrived in good condition. Otherwise, no issues.
It was good,except the description said they were sold boxes of 100, so I put in 1,then had to go back and change it to 100. I thought this would be automatic. The results of this order will determine, if I order from you again

Web site is easy to use. Ordered the parts on 11/18/2019 and received them on 12/02/2019. That is 2 weeks until received. It is a good thing I did not need the parts right away. I have not had a chance to install the fan yet. I can not rate it. The light cover is as it was described and should do fine.

What impressed me more about ordering from this site were the several 'updates'- emails I received regarding my order. Since my repair was dependent on receiving this part, that information allowed me to schedule my work properly.

The multiple abbreviations in your product descriptions make it hard to know what I am actually ordering. I unintentionally ordered a wall switch plate that came with a matte texture I didn't intend to buy. I think the term WNKL in the product description means 'wrinkle' painted?
I am placing an order for one that is also white, with a different product number, hoping it is the gloss white this time.
I would have emailed customer service to request a refund, or exchange, or free shipping, but I've had very little response to prior email questions I've sent previously. If someone reads this, and you are inclined to ship today's replacement order for free (your cheapest shipping option is 5x the cost of the product), I would be happy to change my star rating!

The shipping from Emerson was a disaster. The package was addressed to "Web Customer" at our facility address. My name or mail stop was not on the shipping address at all. It was only when I saw that the package was delivered and went to our receiving people was I able to retrieve it. And then only by looking at the actual tracking number. Not knowing it was coming from Emerson, I kept looking for Gordon as the shipper. We finally went through the packages without usable delivery addresses and found it.
Reviews on the product itself are premature as we've not yet tested or deployed it.
The only thing that I was a little dissatisfied with was that there was no "Item Shipped" notification or tracking number for me to be aware that the item was shipped. I didn't know till it arrived. No big deal just would have been nice to know!
The overall shopping experience was great. You were the only company who had that item we were looking for in stock. I love and appreciate the order acknowledgment emails and the sales representative contacting me via phone to let me know that the delivery time was going to be a day later due to the online order cut off time. Your customer service is great, and it was an overall great experience.
My only complaint is the vague description of the shipping options, and the cost of shipping is pretty high.
Other than that, It was a pleasure doing business with you.

Your site should list items availability. Ordered and then was informed of shipping time. Had to contact and pay for 2 day shipping to get it on time.
When received, the transformer was out of its packaging and mounting tab was bent.
I was so grateful for your company. We bought a backup heater since our Thermador "portable" Heater that we use in the 1946 portion of our home is at least 40 years old, and we were worried about the life span. Your heater arrived within a few days. Unfortunately, we discovered this model, unlike the Thermador has red-hot coils, and is designed for commercial use only. It was also taller than specified, when the height of the handle, which was unremovable, was included. We were so sorry we didn't realize it was not intended for residential use. You were SO TERRIFIC about sending out a pick up slip to UPS the very next day! We will never forget this, and recommend your company any chance we have!
Service is great and so is the product. I do feel compelled to mention that specifically my product upon arrival was not what I thought I purchased. The Picture on the website shows my product with a top cover and upon calling customer service I was informed that the cover plate is sold separately. It would be nice to have a visible warning to let customers know. In My case the extra plate sold separately is six times more expensive than what I originally bought.
It turned out that the item received is the wrong part. I called Gordon and requested an RMA to return the items. After 15 minutes on hold, I was told to just reply to the initial confirmation email to get an RMA. I have now been waiting for one week with no response.
My order was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address. After contacting the company, they sent a replacement out immediately. Very happy with this company, not their fault regarding delivery mixup. Would recommend this company should the need for their products arise.
Luckily I only needed one item. I thought the package was two of the same clip so I would have an extra. Turned out to be out to be two different sizes and only one fit. Website materials could be clearer since it was a single specific part number.
Shipping was not very fast. I called and asked a salesman about other products. He told me to send him an email with the items I was inquiring about. I did. I never heard back from him.

Answer: They offer refunds but will scam you of your time -- they put literally every electrical part to ever exist on their website and sell it to you... then they try and order it from the manufacturer. They sell you items that they don't have.
