The 3 switches were all defective. I called the manufacturer, P&S and they confirmed they had bad switches. I decide to get my credit on my purchase from them rather than pay postage to mail them back to you and then wait on a long credit. Thank you

I e mailed customer service after a few days of placing my order to get a shipping date. I was told they will e mail a shipping date and tracking information. After a few more days, I sent another e mail asking when the order will ship and was told it shipped. I never received a shipping confirmation. I had to request it myself.
That disappointed me. Getting an e mail automatically when an order ships should be standard.
All was good until I opened the package the day before our electrician was to install it (3-18-19) along with other work. The fixture was not what I ordered! The product number was even wrong. I called and was assured the correct item would be shipped, that remains to be seen. I will await judgment until I receive the correct item.
After looking in local stores and stores in distant cities we could not find what we were looking for. So, I got online and found your web site and got everything we needed to complete the project.

It took me a while to figure out exactly what I purchased to even give a review, it would be helpful to include the item purchased in the request for review. Other than that great service, even during the Christmas season.
The issue is with the change in the JUNO product line itself. The newer trim rings, even with the adapters, do not fit as closely to the ceiling as the older version. The new trims were installed by a state-licensed Journeyman Electrician. We made modifications to the original trim rings to accomodate the new baffles in order to get the precise fit that we desired in our application.
Again, it is a product line issue...not a service issue. Service was GREAT!

This is the only store where I was able to find all the parts I was looking for in one place. The website was a bit difficult to use; the search functionality didn't return the expected results, but I was able to find what I was looking for by using Google's site search. Also, for one item, the color in the description (black) did not match the photo (white), for which I [correctly] assumed the description was right. Everything arrived as I expected. A good experience overall.

Only issues I have is the cover plates were not what I thought I had ordered, I am not sure whose mistake it was but I have 2 items that I can not use and from what I can see they are not returnable. I have re-ordered the plates, fingers crossed this time.
I had questions about compatibility of a product with my light fixture and was able to speak to a sales person quickly. My wait time was less than 30 seconds and I then was able to place my order online in just a couple minutes.
Easy to navigate site and find what I needed. When I received my order I realized that what I ordered was the wrong size. I contacted customer service and was given instructions on how to return the items and receive a refund. It was an easy process.
So, far, so good. I hope the product is the same bulb I am trying to replace... I also wish I could have found you as a seller on Amazon so that I would not have to pay shipping costs, but if the bulb is what I want, I will be satisfied.
Now that I have received the bulbs I am very pleased. My only wish is that I really wanted them to be 100 watt, since that is the type of bulb I needed to replace. I am guessing, however, that that brighter bulb is no longer made, and I am hoping that the 75 watt bulbs I ordered will be bright enough. Other than that, I am very happy that I could find the decorative bulb just like the one I had. It is very attractive in my fixture and the ordering/delivery process was very well handled. Thank you!
I had ordered an item that had a 40 day backlog. I did not get this information for a day or more, which caused a three day delay on an item that was time sensitive. When I called customer service to talk about the problem and how to fix it, I was told they were not familiar with the stock the company kept and they could not help me with a replacement recommendation. The replacement cost twice as much and as the quote had been confirmed with the customer, I got to eat the difference. All-in-all, the item was high quality and did what I needed it to do.
Answer: They offer refunds but will scam you of your time -- they put literally every electrical part to ever exist on their website and sell it to you... then they try and order it from the manufacturer. They sell you items that they don't have.
