Site would be easier to use if search feature worked differently. Without the model number, I could not locate items. Had to search other sites to find model number in order to pull them up. But, most importantly, for the items I needed, your prices were absolutely the BEST!

Very quick and easy. I really liked your site, it took me directly to where I wanted to go with zero time wasted. I accidently input the wrong shipping address on my end. They actually managed to sort it out and get the part to me with no problem.

This light cover/lens was difficult to find anywhere else. You had it and you shipped it to Alaska! Thank you.
Delivery was fast, product arrived in perfect condition. Just hard to swallow the price... almost $60 for a ceiling light cover. All the same thanks for the great service.

Found the cheapest price for the bulb I wanted to buy. They are hard to find, thank you

When the bulbs arrived the packaging was loose and i could hear the bulbs shaking around. One of the bulbs was actually broken in the box when it was opened. What do you do about damaged products? Is there a refund or credit process?

Not the most professional of web sites, made me enter my address information twice and would show cost of shipping only after entering full address. When I tried to modify order it kind of threw me a bit by sending me back to the beginning of the process but fortunaely information already entered was there.

Within 24 hours of placing my order, I received a voicemail from Gordon telling me that my order was out of stock but that they had arranged for the order to be shipped directly from the manufacturer. My order arrived perfectly and very much on time. Thank you all for such great service!

The product I received, which appeared online to have a d-shape in the back for placement on my timer, in fact had a shape similar to a usb-c plug and of course didn't fit. Since the price of the product was 5 or 6 dollars and the cost of shipping $10, it isn't worth dealing with trying to return it or get a replacement since it took so long to receive it the first time

This was My first order with Gordon and I am very satisfied with the product and the services. I ordered on a Saturday and received a note that there was a problem with the URL, so I called on Monday about the problem and the customer service gentleman informed me that the package had 'shipped 10 minutes ago'. YAY!
These were light lenses for ceiling vent fans, and being in my late eighties I am no longer very stable when standing on ladders so my grandson did the 'high wire' work and I did the bench work of changing the metal frames. Every thing looks great.

I usually shop around for the best price before I make a purchase. I found Gordon's price to be significantly lower then all others, at least for the product I bought. Shipping was very fast. The product arrived well before the estimated delivery date. I would definitely purchase from Gordon Electric Supply again.

Telephone assistance was very helpful

Telephone assistance was very helpful. UPS delivery was slower than stipulated. The Millbank cabinet I ordered was just what I needed, and I'm happy with it except that the swing latch receptacle was bent upward, and the latch hook was not engaged in it during shipping. That means the latch hook was vibrating and swinging back and forth during shipping, and that means the face of the cabinet was scratched in an arc underneath the loose latch hook. I had to bend the receptacle bar back into place in order for the swing hook to engage, and I'm left with a brand new, scratched cabinet. But I'll live with it since it will be mounted on a pole outside the house.

Great fellow who helped me on the phone to find the right parts! When I received the order, one item (n=12) was incorrect. Shipping was on time and the wire cages were in good shape when I received them. I had a special application and needed the bottom mount to be just a little larger diameter (2") so I got some 1 1/2" pipe that is 1.9 inches outside diameter and with a rubber mallet made the adjustments I needed. In the process I broke three welds that hold the wire to the mounting ring but JB-Weld took care of that no problem. After the resizing of the mounts and fixing the three welds I broke, I gave it a good soaking with a squirt bottle of white vinegar to etch the surface of the galvanized wire and painted them an Aged Copper color. They turned out great mounting them with brass screws, I would buy them again. Best price on the internet. I would like to attach a photo but that's not an option.

Very happy with your reducer 3/0 down to 1/0 and was very happy with the thick slip on cover, and the cable goes in a lot more, & it looks a lot better then the 4/0 or 3/0 down to 1/0 big square screw down blocks the cable just don't go in far enough I can see it being pulled out, I ordered them from someone else. I already reordered 2 more from you.

Little rough navigating site but it worked out. Everything else good. Product measurements height and width were interchanged in description, picture showed the item was vertical and not horizontal. I don't know yet if they are workable. I thought I was buy just the face plate cover, but it has a large square box cover, and I may have to cut the cover up to adapt to the the box already in place.

Not all instructions are that clear such as use of ZIP code or ZIP+4, whether spaces are needed for credit card number.
