I am hoping what I'm ordering is what it appears when it arrives. I hope to lay the lens inside the heads of the 6 landscape lighting spotlights I have in my yard. I need orange for Oct & Nov and red/green for Dec.

I entered the shipping information and got to the payment page. I got a phone call and when I came back and entered the payment information and hit submit, I got a funny sounding error pop-up and then was directed to some completely different page. Evidently the session timed out but there was no message that stated that and I had to re-enter all my information. So no, I would not recommend your site and probably won't be back. I just don't have the time to look elsewhere at this point. - After order was placed it took 3 days to ship, even though the website states it ships within 24 hrs. And it shipped then only because I contacted someone and questioned it. They showed it wouldn't ship for another day or 2 at that point. Disappointing service.

It took three tries before I finally got an item that was not marked 'BAD' by the supplier (Hubbell). Fortunately, Margaret Lamb from customer service was very helpful in getting me a non-defective unit...just took much longer than it should have.

So while my overall experience was less than ideal, the customer service was very good.

Easy to find, and a much less unreasonable price for a piece of plastic than the alternative (of $99.61!)

Initially I had asked a repair professional to do the job - as the stove hood has a fire suppression system added to it that was in the way that I did not want to accidentally set off. I even supplied the correct part number. But I came home and found that the electronic board had been replaced instead - but there was nothing wrong with that!
So I did it myself. No more using a pen cap to switch on the fan.
The part has some mfg. Marks (date/lot or whatever) impressed into the area where the switches slide. Scrape this off as the sliders tend to trip on the bumps. That's probably what caused the older one to break.

I will NEVER buy another product from Gordon Electric Supply. The delivery time was hideous. I can't understand how a business like yours exists in this day and age. I have rarely if ever given a negative comment about any business either online or brick and mortar, but I couldn't wait to rate your company. I have been in the service business for 30 years and have never once had the horrible delivery schedule by any company like yours.

Needed an exact copy of an old stone wall light cover (louvres). Could only find it at Gordons. When it came, it was, in fact, an exact copy, but the quality was much better, a much heavier steel that the original. Great service, fair price, great help from humans on a telephone.

Product part # was not in your data base. You required an "S" in front of the part number making it hard to find on your web site.

Secondly, the check out process required me reviewing the pages I filled out twice. I sincerely hope I have not ordered the same product two times...

Great prices and service except that I was allowed to order an incompatible (frequency) wireless switch and relay. They took the wrong switch back and all I had to pay was shipping. Very fair in my opinion. I turned around and orders the correct switch. Will continue to do business with them. Very satisfied.

I initially couldn't find the item Leviton ****-W on the world wide web through Google, Bing etc... I eventually found it on Gordon website/ecommerce, but in brown and I wanted white. I took a chance and called the toll free #.
I called and spoke with a rep. She was very helpful and stepped me through the various website entries to help me set up the order for correct color.
Very knowledgeable and professional.
I will use Gordon again for hard to find items

This was my first ever Gordon Electric Supply order. I found you by googling *extensively* because I've been dismayed with the product quality, selection and service by the "Big Box" companies and the run-of-the-mill typical outlets. Based on my first experience Gordon Electric is one of those rare gems that I immediately bookmark and keep a record of as my *first* stop when I need anything electrical.

Great work folks - I'm not liberal with praise, but you have earned it.

You were the first company I found that had these boxes. The ordering process worked very well. The ceiling electrical box I ordered was very high quality but didn't work the way I hoped it would. It could not be removed from it's mounting bracket after it was installed. Additionally, the non-metallic cable connector supplied with the box did not work the way I needed it to work. I purchased different connectors that worked perfectly.

Quick quote by email and answering the phone. I thought I would get an alert when the delivery was made to the job site but didn't. My neighbor noticed them and brought the 4 boxes in from the driveway and out of the rain.

The product was fine and the price decent. It was more difficult to find the match I needed and was hoping he website would be clearer. My biggest issue was with delivery. UPS did a lousy job. The product was received 3-4 days later than their estimate. Their tracking system gave no updates from the time it left the source other than "there was a problem beyond our control" with no new estimated delivery date. I tried calling Customer Service but they said due to COVID 19 they had no people available to answer my call. I sent an email asking the for an update and they never responded to it. Terrible service UPS. I was going to finally call Gordon Electric to ask them to send me another one when it finally showed up.

Ecommerce experience seems very old--circa 2000 rather than 2020. Delivery was very, very slow--probably directly from OEM rather than from retailer stock, but still out of sync with consumer e-tail. Cost was high, but this is reflective of OEM pricing rather than retailer. Absurd profit margins on these items.

On the positive side, I purchased from Gordon because I could buy both items I needed from one site, while no other e-tailer had both products I needed. So points for greater range of products on sale.

With one exception, the order was exactly as ordered. The 2347-2 2 gang box was ordered as ivory but came packaged with an ivory base and a white cover. Since surface wiring was done in utility area, decided to use the white box cover. Happy with results and plan additional projects using same family of devices.

We had some difficulty getting the sprinkler working at first (it was not sending) but now it seems to be fine.

The motion activated sprinkler does deter our local racoons who can be quite mischievous.

Everything was excellent except the packaging

Everything was excellent except the packaging. The boxes I ordered were bent slightly but no biggie. It was the 2 items with some bubble bags as packing. The electrical boxes bounced around and poked through the cardboard box.
