So I came in to goodyear on Saturday, southland dr, Lexington, Ky, I had a nail in my tire and I asked the woman there if someone could help me, she was very rude and told me no they couldnt and if I needed service Id have to come back on Monday. There was no cars in the parking lot and only one person waiting, i asked why since there was no one there and she proceeded to say they were all booked and didnt have space available, so I couldnt figure out why they couldnt do a simple patch, so I left, and I usually love to go here but I think the woman needs to have a talk about customer service etiquette

Online reviews I read before buying Goodyear Fortitudes for my F-150 were exceptionally positive. So much so I have to consider the possibility that I expected too much as compared to the more expensive competitor's brand I needed to replace after 80k+ miles. In comparison, the Fortitude ride is not as smooth or as quiet. Handling feels a bit 'floaty' at times and the Fortitudes spin easily with even slight acceleration on wet pavement. On a more positive note, the Fortitudes were an excellent buy, and if I get anywhere near their 65k wear warranty the less-than-positive points become less important.

I took my car for a oil change, and the repairman damaged my tire. I contacted the owner of this establishment, and he attempted to lie about what happened to my car. They also charged me $3.00 approx more this time for the oil change than they charged me in Sept 2013.

I contacted the BBB only to find that other than getting in touch with this business they didn't resolve my issues at all. I've lived here in northwest fl for about 6 yrs now, and the level of quality service is almost no existent. When you would purposely damage someones tire to try to sell them a new tire is SIC and SAD,

I should have known when I asked about the previous owner being gone now that whoever took over wouldn't be easy for me to trust. I will NEVER use this place for a oil change or tire change or any other change ever again.

Full of crooks and robbers disquised as repairmen..
