I have been a customer for years any mostly the experience was ok.
The last few orders the delivery times where terrible (shipping within 24 ours or within a few days mostly means the you have to wait 2 weeks for you product to arrive)
So on my recent purchase i only ordered items that where in stock as stated on the website. After 5 days without any reaction i send an e-mail asking what the status of my order was. The reaction was that due to stock problems the shipping date of the delivery was delayed and i had to wait another 5-7 days. The items i ordered are still stated as in stock on the website! In my opinion this is misleading customers.
So if time is no problem you can safely order at this company, if you want things fast don't!
Massive delay on my order and they have charged me for goods they could not ship because it was out of stock. Still waiting for them to confirm if I will be getting a refund for what they could not send!
This website simply sells items they do not have in stock without informing you!
I have been waiting for my order for 3 weeks and now they are telling me that there will be a further 2 weeks wait because the item is out of stock.
Of course, the price of the items was immediately charged on my credit card...
This is the second time I have major problems with them and I am sure there will be no third!
Great site. Ive had 4 orders in the past year and all arrived in time. Last set of irons arrived within 3 days. Customer service very good and prices competitive. Ill be shopping again when the snow goes :))

No issues with GolfStoreEurope. Ordered on a Monday night and my clubs arrived in Sweden on Friday morning. Prices much lower than Swedish prices.
I can not recommend this company No star would be a more correct rating.
Four out of four times they have not been able to deliver what they have promised. The fastest delivery was four weeks the worst one was four and a half MONTH delayed.
Despite clear mail communication they have sent things that we have not orderd, or refused to accept as substitute for orderd items
Been promised answer within 24hours... in reality it was we who called them after two WEEKS.
Refound has not worked as it should has lost several hundred pounds
Great clubs and service. Ordered my Taylormade RBZ driver for my husband for a christmas present on the Monday and received on Wednesday. Will definitely shop again.

1.9 Weeks after I placed my order and payed for it, I got my money back from ICS/VISA!
2. I started the chargeback proceeding because you didn't answer 5 e-mails I sent to you and you didn't pick up the phone. Shame on you!
3. On Juni 10 you asked me to review the purchases you didn't deliver and still haven't delivered after 9 weeks. Instead of that I will review your performance as a unreliable webshop on the review websites for webshops.
It can happen that something goes wrong with a delivery, but it's unacceptable that you don't communicate any more with your customers after they have payed!
I placed an order for a Scotty Cameron Putter and TW golf shoes plus some minor things like tees etc. A day later I got this message... Many thanks for your recent order at GolfStoreEurope.

3 weeks and still waiting for my order (clothing). They have not stopped replying to my emails, but in my book that doesn't make them any better. As many other people have said, avoid this site if you want to avoid trouble.
Delivery times for a customized set of Mizuno irons longer than expected (almost 4 weeks) but appropriate and timely responses from customer service to my queries and quick delivery of the standard items (Taylor Made rescue, gloves, spikes, etc.). All in all, not the smoothest purchasing experience, but fair and honest as far as I am concerned. Good enough for me. Will use again.
I ordered march 30th, very bad customer services communication. Alos my ordered products were all on stock when I paid for the order, but one day after serveral of them went out of stock causing a huge delay. Also in customer support emails seem not to be answered on a case basis by the same employees. I had 6 different customer service reps answer my emails. Absolute horror, I will never buy from them and cannot recommend their service nor their low prices, because their are not worth saving 20% towards the golf store around the corner.
I have bought items through this website several times. 3 or 4 separate orders and have always received the products. The total ordered value has been for +/- 1000 euro's. The delivery wasn't always very fast but the products have always arrived and my emails have been answered correctly.
Ordred King Cobra bag on the 27th of dec 2011, delivered at my adress in Norway on the 5th of jan. Low price, low freight price (to Norway). Delivered on my door step via the national postal system (Posten).

I ordered footjoy shoes in xwide. On THE website they show they have This in different sizes. But à few days after my order I got a message that they don't have the shoe in my size. I was asked if I want to cancel my order?! Don't they want to sell?
When I told them I would accept a different model. They told me that they don't have my size in any model. When I said I will accept a different size... it turns put they don't have any shoe in wide in any size!
Well I bought these item with extra 10%sale. So are they trying not to deliver? Or are they just faking about the availablilty.
This store seems truly second-rate and seems totally untrustworthy. Better try eBay.
Ps even the emails are rude from there customer service.
To be honest I have ordered twice from Golf Store Europe. My first order was delivered on time and with no problems. My next order was delayed. It was a Taylomade custom fit order and Golf Store Europe told me that Taylormade had some component issues. Being the sceptic I contacted Taylormade myself who confirmed what Golf Store Europe had told me. Although they advertise a 10 day turnaround on the site my order arrived after 14 days but this was a genuine enough situation as confirmed by Taylormade. Anyway I saved £120 on my order compared to what it would have cost me locally so it was worth the extra 4 day wait

Answer: I have an authorisation code that I am often asked for when paying by credit card. This is effectively another password for added security. If no money has been changed hands walk away and count your blessings. If money has been paid by you, they don't need any code as they already have your money. You could seek to recover the money via your credit card company as you clearly have a frustrated contractual situation. It is perfectly legitimate for you to have a different billing address and delivery address as it might have been a gift as this is often the case. No other company has ever given me problems here.
It clearly states on our website that on first time orders we will only ship to the billing address. This is in line with most other major online retailers and is in place to protect the consumer. I. e. You.
