Started my Christmas shopping on Monday, first of my orders have been shipped to me already this afternoon. Thanks to the guys at Golf Store Europe for there excellent service again. Taking the stress out of my Christmas shopping!
This is the worst internet shop I ever met.
In mid September I placed an order and they immediately charged my credit card.
The order has never been executed, so in mid October I agreed with them by email to have my money back.
Another month is over, but I only get promise, no refund.
Absolutely unreliable!... if not worst...

Promised to deliver in time a birthday present and: yes, dispatched it 4 days after the deadline.
So delivery after 11 days! Billed me for a glove that couldn't be delivered, hope get my money back. So hhhmmmmm. Better go to another shop.

They are no serious. They promise price and delivery times which are not the real ones. You are forced to send several e mails to know what is going on with your order. They answer after several requests, and with informations not always accurate.
Avoid this web site. Very bad...
The worst online shopping experience possible. Said they couldn't process my credit card so I was to pay by PayPal. They then took both payments off me then said they couldn't 'fulfil' the order and it was cancelled? I've phoned a 100 times and they never pick up or answer emails. They are either incredibly incompetent or it's a scam.
Although Items were on stock none are being shipped so far.
It is said they have a Customer Service; but why do they not reply or answer their telephone?

Three weeks after my order it became clear the product was not available (even though it was (and still is) shown as "in-stock" on their website) and cancelled my order. After four weeks still waiting for the refund..
I don't know what the issue is with other people, but I love this online store. I have never had any issue with my purchases; as a matter of fact, It's always been a smooth process. They have a lot to choose from and plenty of options. Shipping is lightening fast as well, which is definitely appreciated. I would highly recommend.
On 17th AugustI I ordered 3 golf pants for 140 GBP. Order number is *******. This order was cancelled by me one month later because the company could not deliver the pants. Two months later I am still waiting for my money. The company does not react on my emails anymore.
So no pants, no refund, no news at all. What a criminal company.

Ordered a custom fit iron set Mizuno and after one month never received it. They provided me a proof of Delivery that i never signed, be careful they are using a courrier who do fake proof of deliveries. I'm fitting for more than 3 weeks in order to get my order or a refund of my purchase.

Waited for 2 months for something that's "in stock". Asked why it says "in stock" if clearly they don't have it? "Oh, the guys are working on the website, that's a mistake". Well, a month later and it still says "in stock". Asked for refund and cancelled order, now waiting for 3 weeks and still nothing. The worst online store experience ever. Stay away from this shop! It's a scam.
This Golf webshop is absolutely unreliable! Item I orderded says " in Stock" but takes too long to be delivered, still waiting to receive and time is getting tight due to golfweekend. They do not response either by email and telephone. Lack of service!

They have good prices but slow shipping and response from customer service. Also they are not fulfilling the return policies you would expect. I will shop somewhere else even if slightly higher price to get a better experience.
This is the worst experience on web-trade I ever had. Paid the item "available on stock" 1.5 month ago and still no fulfillment.
Over weeks it is not possible to get anybody on their telephone "service-line". They occasionally reply to emails only with very unsatisfactory message.
Holy crap this is a crappy shop. I placed an order, all items were in stock. Recieved an email 1 week later saying it was out of stock and I had to wait two weeks. So I told them to cancel my order. Took med two (2) months to get my refund back.
With my first order I placed it for two clubs. One was out of stock, I told them to cancel the order yet it took three days to get a reply and I was told that the item was already shipped. This was june 3rd. Now it is august 19th and they just now refunded 1 of the clubs, not the other one.
Worst internet shop. I still have not got what I've paid for months ago. Dont answer phone, dont answer e-mails. My Order has been rescheduled 3 times due to ' problems with vendor'. Yet if I go into the webshop the Item is still available for purchase. This Company is a total SCAM.
I chose Golf Store Europe as they have a same day despatch guarantee on items in stock. As I wanted my new golf clubs for my summer holiday, delivery time was key to me. I carefully checked that all items ordered were in stock so that there would be no delays, and placed my order on 24 June! I could expect my new clubs by the end of June by the latest!
However, it turns out that the "in stock" status on their web site is not to be trusted. None of my items turned out to be in stock! So after chasing them several times, I was told that there would be a 5-6 days delay. Without boring you with all the details, yesterday (42 days later) my order had still not shipped despite numerous emails and phone calls.
What I have found most frustrated and unforgiving is that through this whole period since June the items that I ordered has shown as in stock on their web site, even though I have raised this with them on many occasions. This just goes to show that they deliberately want to mislead their customers to believe items are in stock when they are not!
In the end I had to put a dispute in through PayPal, and at least I have now had my money back!
I will never go near them again!
Definitely use golfonline or onlinegolf rather than these guys. Clearly a profit before service website. Classic advertised as in stock but 2 of 6 items were not, despite being marked as in stock. Takes them ages to respond to emails and offer no compensation.
One of the items marked as in stock had to be ordered form the supplier! So 3 weeks later the order is still not shipped. Ask them to cancel and refund but surprisingly the order was shipped that day minus one item that was partially refunded at a lower price than what was paid for (by £9!). Convenient mistake?

Answer: I reported golfstoreeurope to my card issuer and after one mounth i got a check posted to me. (It was 600 Pound shopped with a mastercard.) Regards Jonas
Answer: I have an authorisation code that I am often asked for when paying by credit card. This is effectively another password for added security. If no money has been changed hands walk away and count your blessings. If money has been paid by you, they don't need any code as they already have your money. You could seek to recover the money via your credit card company as you clearly have a frustrated contractual situation. It is perfectly legitimate for you to have a different billing address and delivery address as it might have been a gift as this is often the case. No other company has ever given me problems here.
