Dreadful customer service. I placed an order for golf shoes on the 8th Dec... payment was taken the next day and as yet (22/12) I am still waiting for my goods... I have had no response to emails other than the standard email saying I would be emailed in 48 hours... This was a week ago... telephone is constantly engaged. I shall be passing this onto my bank just after Christmas to claim my refund as I have emailed again to cancel my order... very dissatisfied
My Father is a big golfer, I found golfstoreeurope.com and it is now one of his favourite websites. He doesn't go on the internet much but he finds golfstoreeurope.com easy to use and he pays with his paypal account as he uses it for ebay too and knows his payments are safe.

Just read all the reviews and I am the next victim... 150pouinds spend on a jacket for my son for Christmas but it never arrived none answers the phone none answers the mails, does it really exist?
Seen that we are so many in the same case I am wondering if there is no organization that can help us to recover our money? I think we are talking thousands by now
Golfstoreeurope has a lot of custom fit clubs to pick from, I would say that is what sets this site apart from others. I have really small hands and I was able to finally find some clubs that fit me just right.
I paced an order back in January. My item was marked as been in stock at that time. 2 weeks later I had not received my order. I had tried to contact by phone on several occasions but to no joy. I emailed and received an email saying they would deal with my enquiry with 72 hours. They got back to me 2 days later stating they were waiting for a shipment within next 5-7 days and then they would send my order out immediately. Was still waiting 10 days on. Sent another email with my original email and their response. Email received same as before they will deal with my enquiry within 72 hours. No reply.
After a week of no reply I contact PayPal to open a dispute about my order. With In 24 hours I had the money back in my account and then 6 hours after PayPal informed me that had happened I received an email from the company that my order had been cancelled. Thankfully I had paid with PayPal as I would still be trying to get this sorted.
I will not be placing any orders with the company in the future and I advise others not to as well.

This site seems to be very random, some have great experience and some like me wait forever for their order.
I ordered a stand bag, and one month later I still am waiting for it, it was not customized, shown available in stocks and the communication with the customer service is a nightmare: they keep telling me each time I ask for updates that they have "stock issues" and will send my goods in 3-5 days... ONE MONTH already and I don't know how much more I will have to wait!
Fantastic turnaround, was the cheapest on the Internet by around £40, and despite ordering in the run up to Xmas my order still arrived in less than 48 hours. Would definitely order again, fantastic service.
I ordered a set of Titleist AP1 (love these irons by the way) it took 14 days from order to delivery, with close to 40% lower price comparing to what it would cost in Sweden!

Waited for 2 months for something that's "in stock". Asked why it says "in stock" if clearly they don't have it? "Oh, the guys are working on the website, that's a mistake". Well, a month later and it still says "in stock". Asked for refund and cancelled order, now waiting for 3 weeks and still nothing. The worst online store experience ever. Stay away from this shop! It's a scam.
The worst online shopping experience possible. Said they couldn't process my credit card so I was to pay by PayPal. They then took both payments off me then said they couldn't 'fulfil' the order and it was cancelled? I've phoned a 100 times and they never pick up or answer emails. They are either incredibly incompetent or it's a scam.
I live in Glasgow, there are some decent shops here, but I like how easy it is to buy new equipment from home with Golf Store Europe. I've easily spent 2000 pounds there in the last year and couldn't be happier.
I had spent the day browsing golf supply websites. Came across golfstoreeurope. Visually appealing, with a lot of equipment. I ordered some TaylorMade's and a few boxes of balls. Package arrived early, all equipment as represented. I am happy with my order.
They say they guarantee to dispatch within 24 hours.
The first set if golf iron clubs I ordered arrived 3-4 weeks later.
The driver I have currently ordered and paid is still not sent, 2 weeks after i paid it.
Having been promised a delivery in 2 days I am still waiting after a week! Had the promise been a week, I wouldn't have been bothered. However, this company seems to be impossible to contact. No one answers the phone or replies to emails. Trading Standards Londonderry is my next stop!
Ordered golf balls for my Dad for Christmas. I found the site very easy to use and had no problems ordering.
The golf balls arrived really quickly, like so quick I couldn't believe it was them.
I would definitely order from this store again and would highly recommend.
On 17th AugustI I ordered 3 golf pants for 140 GBP. Order number is *******. This order was cancelled by me one month later because the company could not deliver the pants. Two months later I am still waiting for my money. The company does not react on my emails anymore.
So no pants, no refund, no news at all. What a criminal company.
Unfortunately the sitejabber system does not allow to give zero stars, so I have to give them 1 star.

So delivery after 11 days! Billed me for a glove that couldn't be delivered, hope get my money back. So hhhmmmmm. Better go to another shop.

In mid September I placed an order and they immediately charged my credit card.
They send one club of 10 and then notting happends.
They don´t answer mail.

Answer: I have an authorisation code that I am often asked for when paying by credit card. This is effectively another password for added security. If no money has been changed hands walk away and count your blessings. If money has been paid by you, they don't need any code as they already have your money. You could seek to recover the money via your credit card company as you clearly have a frustrated contractual situation. It is perfectly legitimate for you to have a different billing address and delivery address as it might have been a gift as this is often the case. No other company has ever given me problems here.
