Unending list of victims. I bought an odissey superstroke versa putter in november and paid £133. The putter has never arrived and anytime they answered to my emails with different excuses. Yesterday I received the email saying that the company was under liquidation. Congratulations...
I requested a price match for a trolley I had seen on another website at a cheaper price. They responded within 5 minutes accepting my request. Order was dispatched quickly. Couldn't really ask for more.
PAYPAL dispute to get money back! I wish i had read these reviews first before buying from GolfStoreEurope... Takes ages to get them to reply to any emails and when they do they say item has just gone out of stock? Why could they not warm me? Then they say item will take a few day and to wait! Then I wait and then they say they are moving premises... Then they say item will take weeks to order, so will refund and send it to their accounts department.? Did they refund NO! So I had to open a claim with PAYPAL for my money back through the Paypal action centre. If I hadn't used Paypal, my money was gone! Because of GOLFSTOREEUROPE delays it would have meant you can not claim after certain time. Terrible :(
I am still waiting for me refund of 283 GBP!

I used to order a lot of stuff in this shop and I always was very happy with the way they communicated with me.
Now, after ordering 2 new clubs, they used my trust in them to postpone and postpone until I could not take back my money via papyal anymore!
They confirmed the cancellation of my order but now they are not responding to anything.
I will take them to court!

Just like many, many other customers, I ordered because of the great prices en professional looking website. But from the moment you have payed, you get nothing! No product, no information, no reply to e-mails and no answered phone! I had to claim my money back through the Paypal actioncentre. If I hadn't used Paypal, my money was gone!
In short... Never, ever order here! Golfstoreeurope.com, may have been a real and reliable golfstore, but isn't anymore! There just thiefs!
They have good prices but slow shipping and response from customer service. Also they are not fulfilling the return policies you would expect. I will shop somewhere else even if slightly higher price to get a better experience.
Ordered a new set of golf clubs and they came in right on time. Much faster than my experiences with the other site I used in the past, less hassle, and cheaper too. Love these babies! I'll be back later for more toys. Thanks golfstoreeurope!
Yet another horrible experience to go with all the others posted on this site. Place an order 10 days ago. Order has been being processed by warehouse staff ever since even though their website states 24 hour dispatch. Have been emailing daily for past 5 days to get an update. Zero response though they cite 48 hour customer response. They are either a scam or totally incompetent. Avoid!
I ordered a pair of Oakley sunglasses for a very good price and had it delivered to Germany within 5 days. Great! I will definitely shop at this store again.

This is the worst experience on web-trade I ever had. Paid the item "available on stock" 1.5 month ago and still no fulfillment.
Over weeks it is not possible to get anybody on their telephone "service-line". They occasionally reply to emails only with very unsatisfactory message.
Great site. Ive had 4 orders in the past year and all arrived in time. Last set of irons arrived within 3 days. Customer service very good and prices competitive. Ill be shopping again when the snow goes :))
Some are reporting less than perfect experience with golfstoreeurope, but I had an excellent experience. Ordered golf balls and a bag to replace my old one, and it came in extra quick! I was able to have everything I needed for a weekend of golfing with friends. Very good pricing and beyond my expectations. Thanks, I'll be back!
Paid for a club 2 months ago. At the start they said it will be coming soon still no sign. They won't answer my e-mails any more. The place should be shut down!
It has been a very bad experience. Three weeks after ordering two items that allegedly were in stock, I have not received anything. Their customer service is non-existent. Their lack of respect for customers is intolerable. I will not buy anything else from them. GolfStoreEurope is fully unreliable. Do not buy there, if you can avoid it.

The order has never been executed, so in mid October I agreed with them by email to have my money back.
Another month is over, but I only get promise, no refund.

Ordered and paid over £300 for goods over 3 weeks ago but have not received. Non existent customer service, no advise/emails received regarding my order and only a recorded message when you try to telephone them. No goods or refunds received even though I have sent numerous emails. Waiting for Paypal and my credit card company now to recover the funds.
Shop elsewhere and save yourself the headache.
3 weeks and still waiting for my order (clothing). They have not stopped replying to my emails, but in my book that doesn't make them any better. As many other people have said, avoid this site if you want to avoid trouble.
Well it was excellent experience. I got all of my shoes in very quickly and made for a fun time out at the golf course with the family that weekend. I was very impressed with easy site navigation and phone service as I called to ask about ladies shoes. So friendly and helpful. I will be back soon!
I don't know what the issue is with other people, but I love this online store. I have never had any issue with my purchases; as a matter of fact, It's always been a smooth process. They have a lot to choose from and plenty of options. Shipping is lightening fast as well, which is definitely appreciated. I would highly recommend.

Answer: I have an authorisation code that I am often asked for when paying by credit card. This is effectively another password for added security. If no money has been changed hands walk away and count your blessings. If money has been paid by you, they don't need any code as they already have your money. You could seek to recover the money via your credit card company as you clearly have a frustrated contractual situation. It is perfectly legitimate for you to have a different billing address and delivery address as it might have been a gift as this is often the case. No other company has ever given me problems here.
