I have seen a few complaints from buyers in Belgium, but I also live in Belgium and have never had an issue. Not sure if it was just a specific item they had issues with, but I have been a customer of Golf Store Europe for several years and have always received my purchases on time.
I live in Glasgow, there are some decent shops here, but I like how easy it is to buy new equipment from home with Golf Store Europe. I've easily spent 2000 pounds there in the last year and couldn't be happier.

I had spent the day browsing golf supply websites. Came across golfstoreeurope. Visually appealing, with a lot of equipment. I ordered some TaylorMade's and a few boxes of balls. Package arrived early, all equipment as represented. I am happy with my order.
Golfstoreeurope has a lot of custom fit clubs to pick from, I would say that is what sets this site apart from others. I have really small hands and I was able to finally find some clubs that fit me just right.
My Father is a big golfer, I found golfstoreeurope.com and it is now one of his favourite websites. He doesn't go on the internet much but he finds golfstoreeurope.com easy to use and he pays with his paypal account as he uses it for ebay too and knows his payments are safe.
As a Scot, I like to think I know a thing or two about Golf :) and this store is tits! While I like to go to the store in person, the website is the next best thing. I'm able to get everything I need for a day out.

The first set if golf iron clubs I ordered arrived 3-4 weeks later.
The driver I have currently ordered and paid is still not sent, 2 weeks after i paid it.
I have been in Golf Store Europe's superb new superstore in Derry and bought a set of custom fit Taylor Made irons, Titleist D3 driver and Fairway wood and a RBZ Tour Rescue, all in the past year. The personal service was excellent and the last time I was in they had just purchased a Flight Scope which made choosing my driver a more enjoyable and worthy experience. To all the people who say this is a fake company, you are WRONG! They are a local business where I live and have both a website and also the superstore at my local driving range.
Ordered 2 pairs of shoes well over a week now, despatch was 3 - 5 days, all I get are automated emails replying, I am beginning to wonder if I will receive them. Still waiting for them. Stay away
I have used this site several times including buying a custom Mizuno MP59 iron set and never had a problem. I recommend this site fondly to my friends.

Ordered irons 3 weeks ago still not received them after paying in full, customer service terrible they wont answer the phone or email back starting to get a bit worried! Stay away if you are sensible

They charged my credit card and nothing happened for a week. Finally when I contacted them they told me that the item had been discontinued.
They didn't even bother to tell me that. And I still don't have my money.

Answer: I reported golfstoreeurope to my card issuer and after one mounth i got a check posted to me. (It was 600 Pound shopped with a mastercard.) Regards Jonas
Answer: I have an authorisation code that I am often asked for when paying by credit card. This is effectively another password for added security. If no money has been changed hands walk away and count your blessings. If money has been paid by you, they don't need any code as they already have your money. You could seek to recover the money via your credit card company as you clearly have a frustrated contractual situation. It is perfectly legitimate for you to have a different billing address and delivery address as it might have been a gift as this is often the case. No other company has ever given me problems here.
