Was notified by email that I had been sent an incorrect shipment and was asked to refuse shipment so they could send correct order. Order was accepted accidentally so emailed company and asked for return label. They advised couldn't issue one so asked me to return at my own cost and they would reimburse me. Return was posted to them next business day, I emailed with tracking number and cost of return ($14) requesting reimbursement. I have never heard back from them. I received my original order which is why the 2 star rating (vs 1). Unprofessional and rude.

The Goldia website indicated a 7-9 day (with the potential of a few more days) period for artisan fabrication of the purchased piece afterwhich it would be shipped to me. This condition will not be met.

Brought a ring in March got it on April. Wedding day was 1st November. Ring worn a week and it has creaked. I messaged the seller telling them what happened to get that it's been cut and resealed...I challenged and said you be able to see it from both sides if it's been resealed as you can see it has not to get, from the picture...the picture it's looks like it's been resealed and cut your case is closed stop messaging. So I challenged again through email same response. The h.samials jeweller professionals states that this ring as creaked and it's a clear as days...

So you want a over priced rings poor quality that will creak on weeks or days of wearing go here to goldia where it's not there fault and won't help...

Otherwise stay away from them

I received item I ordered today, which is a 14k gold hummingbird pendant. But when I opened the box the birds beak was bent 90degrees. I know gold is more fragile than other metals but the birds beak is needle thin and just flimsy.
I am very disappointed as this was supposed to be my mom's present for her 70th birthday this month. Also the pendant does not have the 14k stamp at the back as shown on the website or have any documentation that says it is real gold.
I feel like a purchased this from Temu.

I ordered a ring from Goldia since a size 12+ aren't in stores, and I found the most perfect ring for an amazing price. I was a little skeptical at first because of other reviews and the delivery status wasn't on the site. But I asked for the status from Goldia Seevice Desk via email and they got back to me very quickly and made sure that I got the tracking information. I am glad that I took the risk and brought it. It fits perfectly (13.5), I love it, and I'll be ordering from here again!

I wish I read reviews before I purchased. Please for the love of god do not buy anything from this place. I ordered a 2tcw rose gold tennis bracelet and it is the flimsiest pile of junk I've ever seen in my life. It reminds me of the prizes you win out of a claw machine. It's probably closer to.5 or 1tcw, the band is so flimsy that it won't even lay flat and I HIGHLY doubt it's real gold or real diamonds, I can't even properly articulate just how horrendous this is. There is gigantic gaps all through the links, it's so bad.

EDIT: Responding to Goldia rep's reply. You advertised this product as being on sale from $3291AUD down to $1316 which is the equivalent of $2300 USD, so any sane person should assume they are receiving an item that is valued at $2300 on a discount, am i right? Don't sit there and say the product is only worth less than $800. Lying looks bad, especially when you get caught. Explain to me how the item in my pictures looks even remotely like something that should be worth $2300 USD. Scammers. I've uploaded an image from your website too now.

Steer very very clear

My wife ordered a ring for me for Christmas. It was outside of the return period (remember Christmas), but I received two responses one saying too late, the other giving me the address and return authorization. I returned for credit minus 15%. I ordered the replacement which was a gold claddagh ring. What came was white gold. And they charged me extra because of my need for a size 13. Because their original email was so harsh, I'm not even writing the company. Buyer beware.

I ordered a diamond and black onyx cross ring from Goldia. On the evening it arrived, one of the black onyx pieces fell out. We glued it back in. The next day, while washing my hands, the other black only piece cracked, and a piece fell out and went down the drain. We contacted Goldia and they said that I had hit the ring to make the black onyx crack like that. They would not replace or fix and said to take it to a pawn shop to get the scrap gold price for the ring.

They did not meet their shipping policy. I argued with them during my whole shipping process and they continue to deny that my item would be delivered late. The bottom line is they were 9 days over the max on delivery and I did not have my earrings to go with my dress for my 50th wedding anniversary. But it was great anyway. I told them the $5 bribe to give them a 5 star rating was unethical and I would never consider it considering what happened with my late delivery. Never received even an We're sorry from them.

I purchased 3 items from Goldia.com. I created an account, paid for the items and got a confirmation of my order with a 3-5 business day delivery promise. The day my order was supposed to ship my order was abruptly cancelled with no attempt to contact me. An email was sent after it was canceled saying they did not have the inventory to cover my order. Although upon contacting them I was told that the item I purchased and paid for was an item that was not supposed to be sold to me, but this did not stop them from charging my card and having a hold on my bank for nearly a week. This is not my problem, since I was able to purchase the item and they charged me. Also there was nothing on the item sales page saying any restrictions on who could purchase what items, in fact all the items on their website I can add to a cart and purchase. This seams like clear bait and switch to me.
