I purchased 3 items from Goldia.com. I created an account, paid for the items and got a confirmation of my order with a 3-5 business day delivery promise. The day my order was supposed to ship my order was abruptly cancelled with no attempt to contact me. An email was sent after it was canceled saying they did not have the inventory to cover my order. Although upon contacting them I was told that the item I purchased and paid for was an item that was not supposed to be sold to me, but this did not stop them from charging my card and having a hold on my bank for nearly a week. This is not my problem, since I was able to purchase the item and they charged me. Also there was nothing on the item sales page saying any restrictions on who could purchase what items, in fact all the items on their website I can add to a cart and purchase. This seams like clear bait and switch to me.

I bought 2 pairs of sapphire large hoop earrings from this company. After purchasing the first pair, I explained that the didn't close correctly and asked they make the second pair better. The second pair was exactly the same and neither pair will close so they are unwearable. I brought them to my jeweler, who told me they were made so poorly nothing can be done. When i contacted Goldia they told me to bring them to a better jeweler and that these kind of earrings get bent. They said they buy from Istanbul so they cannot fix them. DO not do business with them!

I enquired about a ring design that I found on Goldia. It matched almost exactly what I had in mind to get for my girlfriend. There were a few changes to ring I asked if could be made.
They said that they could and to provide a picture and description of what it was I had in mind. I did just that but they didn't seem to get it exactly, 100% the way I wanted. They actually made it to about 90% accurate. They charged me 60 dollars for a 3D Sketch and after sending the completed sketch to me, they asked me if there were any other changes I wanted. When I asked if something could be changed to match the original request, they asked me to provide a picture resembling what I was asking for. I provided the picture and information they asked for and after reviewing the picture I sent the accused me of trying to submit a whole new design. They wanted to try to charge me more money for a more accurate sketch and then they suggested that I took my business elsewhere. When I explained and sent screenshots of our previous email correspondence, their tune changed. So after not messaging them for a few days they sent me a new sketch that was exactly what I had asked for to begin with. But by then my girlfriend and I found what we wanted elsewhere and I told them that I appreciated them but we had found something elsewhere.
