Loved my first arrival. The cheesesteaks from Pats arrived in excellent condition (all the way to muggy Florida) and were excellent. This was a gift and it was very spot-on. Keep it up!
My first order arrived 2 days late. Not only were the ice packs melted and everything was rotten, the order was completely wrong. I ordered 2 dozen bialys and received 1 dozen assorted bagels. I ordered 2 pints cream cheese and received one. I ordered a pound of lox and received none. Customer service does not answer phones but says they will return calls within 24 hours. NOT! My second order was correct but arrived LATE and warm so the food was not good either. I spent $284 with all spoiled food and disappointed friends who receivEd the packages. AGAIN NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
