We took over the operation of our 480i door controller on January 11,2022. Victoria Wooton from GoKeyless handled the transition of the door control from the management company to us. There were numerous handholding emails until we were setup to manage our condo door. Victoria was a great intermediary between the management company and us, as well as tech support. We highly recommend GoKeyless and Victoria Wooton!
I had to leave a message for support but they called me right back the same day within hours, and also helped me figure out what I was doing wrong right away!

When I tried to run a report from the DTM, it kept showing incomplete data. Go Keyless suggested I get a new unit since it was still under warentee. I received the new one within the week. I want to give high remarks on customer service and especially Tom Johnson Returns Department Manager at GoKeyless. The Yale product(Touchscreen lever) I ordered didn't work out(poor mechanics according to a professional installer) and I couldn't get any help from the manufacturer who refused to accept the return. Unlike Yale tech support, Tom at GoKeyless was very responsive and empathetic to my email concerns and though it was not the company policy to accept the open and installed product for return, he made an exception to fulfill the customer's satisfaction and explained very patiently the return process. I wouldn't buy Yale product again but would definitely order other products from GoKeyless again knowing how they listen and work with you. Thank you, Tom! You made my day!

I am a project manager for a 139 unit rental apartments complex. I initially selected GoKeyless based upon their wide selection of name brand locks and the knowledge of the people I dealt with. Their prices were competitive too.
I later discovered that their technical support group was actually more knowledgeable and effective with technical assistance in controller programming and troubleshooting than the tech people from the manufacturer of the controllers they were selling!
With 139 apartments with z-wave locks plus numerous garage doors and storage unit door locks, they saved us tremendous programming time by pre-programming the locks with their compatible controllers and putting the labels on them to match our apartments for our convenience as they became ready. That's service!
They also have repeatedly helped us with programming issues that we could not resolve, they would "dial" right in and correct the problem PLUS teach us how to do it ourselves.
In particular was Drew Rogers, their tech guy who is an expert at the locks and programming issues, he's patient and rock solid on solving the problems and always reachable. For the size of our project, we've had very few DOA units and at that rate, GoKeyless delivered replacements. Go Keyless is lucky to have him. Our experience was great and we'll certainly use them again.

This may at first appear to be a "mixed" review, but it's not really. You have to read to the end! First of all, I have ordered from Gokeyless on a number of occasions. Their products are very good, and pricing very competitive. In Oct 2014, I ordered a keyless digital door lock. We had a theft in our restaurant and this was part of the solution. Well, it turned out the lock was not necessary so I simply placed the unpacked shipping box in the corner of my desk. I finally went to install the lock 4 months later but when I opened the box, I found what was clearly a previously returned item, reshipped to me. Well, I figured, "what the heck"--as long as all the parts were there, who cares, but I DID inform Gokeyless what happened. I expected nothing because 4 months had passed. Well, I was both immediately surprised and delighted that Gokeyless pro-actively shipped me a brand new lock (no questions asked) along with an apology. Later Gokeyless actually called me. So... this kind of service is really impressive. Sure, the first lock was a mistake, and hey, it happens. But as I mentioned, I have ordered from Gokeyless before, and I can say for sure that they stand behind their product and are worthy of 5 stars from me!
I really like this company! They have been a HUGE help to my company and I use them for all of my door hardware. They make me look good around the office ;)

GOOD EXCEPT ONE ITEM THAT HE COULDN'T ANSWER. I HAVE AN AL-IR 1 INFRARED PRINTER. I CANNOT FIND PAPER FOR IT. 2 1/2 WIDE YES BUT STANDARD ROLL IS TO LARGE, END PIECE WILL NOT CLOSE. I ASK YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REP, HE COULD NOT GET THEM. AS IT STANDS NOW, I BUY STANDARD ROLL AND THROW AWAY HALF THE ROLL SO IT WILL FIT IN READER, NOT GOOD...

As a senior citizen who has just moved to San Jose, CA to work as a House Director at Delta Gamma (where they have installed your 'keyless system') I was OVERCOME (as ALL seniors ARE with technology!) with the complexity of trying to understand how it works. Jonathan came to my rescue! He used language I could understand and VERY PATIENTLY walked me through the steps needed to prepare the locks for the holiday house closures! He was a real 'prince'!

Answer: That's a good question. I believe they are legitimate company is we've ordered some products from them and gotten them. Where they're not, is there customer service or lack there of. If you have another option I purchased there. We've been going around and around for about four months now trying to get Products, return defective products, and finally get a refund. If you can avoid them and go to somebody else I certainly would.

They were more than helpful and allowed us to get a defective code so we could make an attempt to return it to the company we purchased it from, go Chi less.com. The manufacture was fabulous it was go Chi list that I would shy away from
