I want to give high remarks on customer service and especially Tom Johnson Returns Department Manager at GoKeyless. The Yale product(Touchscreen lever) I ordered didn't work out(poor mechanics according to a professional installer) and I couldn't get any help from the manufacturer who refused to accept the return. Unlike Yale tech support, Tom at GoKeyless was very responsive and empathetic to my email concerns and though it was not the company policy to accept the open and installed product for return, he made an exception to fulfill the customer's satisfaction and explained very patiently the return process. I wouldn't buy Yale product again but would definitely order other products from GoKeyless again knowing how they listen and work with you. Thank you, Tom! You made my day!
