I recently had to uninstall and reinstall a new lock for our front door and had a negative experience with the sales team at GoKeyless. Due to that, I was rather leery about the degree of helpfulness that the rest of the team would show but I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful Skip was. I sent a barrage of convoluted emails in regards to our door and Skip always responded in a timely manner, even when his hours for calls to troubleshoot were busy. He was also very helpful via the phone and clarified information for me in his calls within minutes that would have took hours to digest in the installation manuals. Thank you Skip! I havent met a bad GoKeyless Representative yet. Jonathan has provided a service to my business on providing guidance and the needed parts to repair my access lock. Matt came through and started the ball rolling. For years Ive trusted GoKeykess and Rob Faulconer to provide a safe and secure environment for our clients. The products and service GoKeyless has provided will keep me going to GoKeyless for all my security needs as well as future needs.
Matt spent over an hour teaching me the software and lock system. He obviously knows what he's doing!

I was put in charge of upgrading our building's outdated access system and was having a lot of trouble finding the information I needed to get the project going. I ended up stumbling upon GoKeyless and placed a small initial order with them for a test run - they were the only distributor I could find who would ship smaller quantities - and their service over the phone was great.
When the time came to make the full order, I shopped around a bit and found what looked like lower prices on other sites. I quickly discovered that those sites were listing items which were not in stock or which they didn't have any knowledge of. On top of this, many had customer service slightly worse than an insurance company's collections department.
Finally, in a near-desperate state and beginning to lose hope, I headed back over to GoKeyless. Mike spent a solid hour making sure I had everything I needed, double-checking compatibility and availability and finding the quantity discount I was looking for. I have never been so happy with a shopping experience.
GoKeyless has competitive prices and the best customer service around. My only regret is the time I wasted trying to shop elsewhere. I won't be making that mistake again.

This website has a chat service that is very helpful. I was told what to order with my new keyless entry and it is arriving within two days. Now that's service.
I must confess that despite my history with PCs dating from the original IBM PC, as both a user and about 10 years as a tech support engineer, I was totally lost when I opened the box from GoKeyless and tried to figure it all out. All I can say is that with the competent, friendly help of support tech Tyler, it all made sense very quickly. He was great on the phone as well as via remote control of my computer.
With such competent individuals as Tyler there to guide you, GoKelyess is the vendor I would recommend if you are considering a keyless door lock.

The website does not seem to be to accurate. I am extremely disappointed in that one of the item I ordered (Arrow V2 Deadbolt Lock (10BP) has been back-ordered for 2-3 weeks when your website gave no indication the item would be back-ordered. Had I known that it was out of stock, I would have acquired it from a local vendor that had it in stock for only a few dollars more.
Ordered the LokkLatch Deluxe Dual-Lockable Gravity Latch. It was exactly what we were looking for -- except when it arrived the key would not come out of the lock;-(
Although it took a bit of extended communication, Zach, in the Returns Department, came through for us, eventually crediting our account when we returned all the original parts and we reordered the latch! Although I was initially disappointed, Zach's assistance changed my mind about recommending them and reordering from them.

Answer: That's a good question. I believe they are legitimate company is we've ordered some products from them and gotten them. Where they're not, is there customer service or lack there of. If you have another option I purchased there. We've been going around and around for about four months now trying to get Products, return defective products, and finally get a refund. If you can avoid them and go to somebody else I certainly would.
Answer: We had a similar problem and contact each leg directly. They were more than helpful and allowed us to get a defective code so we could make an attempt to return it to the company we purchased it from, go Chi less.com. The manufacture was fabulous it was go Chi list that I would shy away from
